Known Powers:
          Isis has the ability to bend light to make it cut, blind, or explode. She can also refract the light so it acts as a force field. She has recently developed the ability to absorb the light instead of reflecting it, causing her to turn invisible.
          Isis' powers manifested at the school she attended. She was known for picking on the little people. One day her teasing backfired and she was being beat up. Her powers came to life and blew her attacker up.
          Her powers have had no effect on her physical appearance.

History:
          Samantha was brought up in a half way house, unaware that her mother was Medusa. Samantha was known as reckless, dangerous, a bully and a slut. Her powers only made her attitude worse.
         She was known for beating people up, and teasing them until they broke into tears. One day when she was 16 she got a taste of her own medicine. A group of kids attacked her. For the first time in her life she was scared. She held her hands up to protect herself only to have a stream of yellow, concentrated light particles struck her attackers and caused them to blow up.
         She had begun to control her powers and find out their full extent when Medusa approached her and told her that she was her daughter. Although dazed and disbelieving Samantha listened as Medusa did indeed prove that she was her mother.
         After some convincing Samantha decided to join the Gorgons. But only to rule the world that should belong to mutants. She was introduced as the seventh member of the Gorgons when she was 18. Samantha has rebelled against her mother and Tsunami, the second in command of the Gorgons.
        She decided to take on the code name Isis because she enjoyed the irony of the goddess of childbirth destroying the world.
        Isis is considered very attractive and uses her looks to get her way with men and considers it a game.
