| Give me a shot of double memoryness-ness� 2 Aug. 04 First, welcome JLPtoon [from the two movie groups we moderate on] to DeviantART. Yay! Second, b33lz3bub is just so oh damn and ooh and so much talent and ugh I could just cry and shed fiddles of tears I just uh I argh I�m lucky to stumble upon his page because so cool so inspirational holy cripple-gang frickening amazing artist! Third, dammit I lost my flow will blog tomor� another time. She cackles 3 Aug. 04 They think I can pick myself up and be exactly the kickass person that I was within a couple of months. Annoying really, to know how one-sided they are. Nothing�s ever exact, which sucks. Nothing�s ever exactly what I want it to be, which doubley sucks! And nothing ever is content. The good thing I can confirm though is that I�ll never stop trying again. And I�m happy that I try regardless of the result. It�s nice and fuzzy like a hairba� uh basket of cookies, yeah. *shivers then giggles to herself* TrueNuff have stopped creating web comics to release them of the intense time consumption these comics drank up, and the status on yet another one of the comics I read, Loserz, is now in the town of hiatus. So is this like a �every couple of months� tradition with all the comics I read? First Movie Punks (oh I was so attached!) so I went on to read Oh My Gods instead. Became direly bored so left it out of my favourites. Found TrueNuff through Movie Punks web comic voting links (I think), found Lozerz from the voting links, as well as No Need For Bushido (which is what I�m reading now). All the good and decent web comics are on their way to nowhere land and it�s just such a shame and real sad. Oh my oh my oh my 4 Aug. 04 Was standing outside waiting to enter the exam hall this morning I ended up chuckling to myself as I thought about how if the cold doesn�t kill me, the English exam will. And I�m still chuckling to myself six hours later! This month will be killer� *sniff sniff* I�m in dire need of some new environments and creative prospects. Sydney Design Week starts tomorrow and runs till the 15th, beginning with a nice, shiney, smooth-ass silver gallery with over 150 pieces on show! At least it lasts till the 15th so I�m optimistic�ally tired. You can probably guess already that in about ten more words I�m gonna complain that I can�t go. I can�t go. *hangs her head* I think I wanna poke the living daylights out of someone or something that�s responsible for the bad events schedule (damn the exams again!) this month. -_- *laughs a lot* Read these Devious Comments. *laughs* I can�t tell if the comment by mugwumperx (�well im also skinny, 22, and i live with my parents so i thought we could be friends�) is a joke or for real but lol. Swinging flighty heads pinch 31 Aug. 04 Let me catch up first: -------------------------------------------------- 11 Aug. 04 Woke up this morning with Evermore�s �It�s too late� in my head, switched the radio on and I bet you couldn�t guess which song was singing along with my head? *gives a wry smile* 24 Aug. 04 But you know what? I did say that I didn�t deserve to be in this class. I�d laugh if I do better by the HSC. lol. Hilarious how much boredom entails in exams! Disappointed? A little. Will still try. Never will give up again. lol. -------------------------------------------------- Alrighty, so about the swinging flighty heads pinch� nahh! lol. Three days ago I sat for a half-scholarship creative exam for KvB and it was the most enjoyable hour I�ve ever had. lol. I�ve always liked playing squiggles (Kay said that I sucked because I went for easy drawings heh) and damn, this exam reminded me so much of it. Hadn�t played for like yonkers. I had so much fun and I can�t believe the sort of stuff I came up with! There were three drawings/writing tasks and one about why we�d like to do the course we�ve chosen to apply for. The first was a drawing of a group of people positioned at the bottom of the page, looking up. We were asked to draw and/or write a story about the picture. I ended up drawing a medium sized giant behind the group of people, looking up. Then above all that, there�s larger giants peering down at everything. In a spare space, I wrote something like �bigger and better is never enough to satisfy us�� hm. I�m not even sure that that made sense. lol. The second featured a column of three circles and a column of three squares beside it. They asked us to draw something using one or more of the shapes so I drew a messed up maze with this Elvin (Yeah, I know!) guy, wearing a hat and carrying a spear, progressing through each shape. His condition got worse as the frustration of being stuck in the maze (meant to be a reference to the movies Cube or Sphere and the alike) affected him psychologically and physically. His hat and spear set progressively dropped off and there was a bit of hair pulling and pulley action at the end to carry his famished body out the door, where he says something like �I bet they knew all along�. This damn drawing took a crazy amount of time and so it didn�t leave me much time to do the third drawing and reasons for the career choice I applied for. But this third one is the one I�m most wrapped about. There were three miscellaneous lines (squiggles) and you had to draw something from it. To me, it looked like a straight out teapot. But then it also looked like an elephant head. After I drew the elephant head I thought it�d be too ordinary to turn it into �just an elephant�, so something told me that I could draw a guy in an elephant suit (humungous head and average sized feet) working for a rights organization against animal cruelty. Then I drew the guy holding a can with the words �cha ching $$$� on it. That was the most fun I�ve had in what feels like forever! I was so thrilled and enthused. So fun! I had like 10 minutes to write up my reasons for picking Interior Design and seriously, I couldn�t think fast enough even if my life depended on a pen and paper. :-� I got the main points down though. Would have liked to have a couple more minutes to doodle or something though. Heh. |
