7 Disasters, the Bowls of God's Anger

See comments

(As in chapter 12, 13, 14, 17 and 18 we find some hints here pointing to Britain, the origin and model of our civilization. As we all know, these predictions apply to the whole world.)

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple and it said to the seven angels, "Go and pour the seven bowls of God's anger on the earth."

(These seven bowl represent disasters, God's retaliation for the wickedness of humanity)

(2) The 1st angel went and poured his bowl on the earth, and ugly and painful sores
(various diseases; any disease can only be seen in a prophetic vision, if it is symbolized by a skin disease.)
broke out on those people who had the Mark of the Beast
(The Mark of the Beast is the Name of the Queen "ELIZABETH II"
or her initials "E II R" on British money, see 13:16+17

'E II R', the Mark of the Beast
This verse can be understood as a prediction of BSE and Creutzfeld-Jacob-Disease, which have particularly struck the country of the Beast.)
and worshipped her picture.
(Money as above has become the universal god of our time in every country. Apocalyptic disasters throughout the world are the result of this religion, see 13:16, 14:9, 15:2, 19:20, Habakkuk 1:16.)

(3) The 2nd angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became like blood of a dead body:
 Red Tide and dead fish
(The blood in a corpse is brown.)
and every living thing in the sea died.
(This prediction is being fulfilled by the pollution through sewage, oil and other toxic waste. Many "chemical weapons" have been dumped into European Seas after World War II. When their containers have rusted away things will probably get worse. Human interference has also lead to recurrent Red Tide disasters, where algae blossom turning the sea water reddish brown and killing all the fish, see 8:8.)

(4) The 3rd angel poured his bowl on the rivers and sources of water, and they became like blood.
(This predicts the pollution of rivers and other sources of drinking water.)

(5) Then I heard the angel of the waters say, "You have made rightful judgments, you who are and who were, the Holy One, because you have so judged;

(6) for they have shed the blood of your people and of the prophets, and you have given them blood
(polluted water, see 8:11.)
to drink as they deserve."

(7) And I heard a voice from the altar respond, "Yes, Lord God Almighty, true and rightful are your judgments."

(8) The 4th angel poured his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to burn people with fire
(We have unleashed the destructive force of the sun causing increasingly frequent heat waves, the Greenhouse Effect and damage to the Ozone Layer, see 8:12.)

(9) They were burned by the powerful heat
(Heat waves and skin cancer after sunburn are causing thousands of victims every year even in moderate climate zones. This climatic change will certainly get worse in the near future.)
and they cursed the name of God,
(Goddammit!)
who controlled these plagues. But they would not abandon their evil ways
(Worshipping money as condemned in chapter 14.)
and glorify him.

(10) The 5th angel poured his bowl on the throne of the Beast,
(The British Monarchy is cursed to be struck with disasters.)
and darkness fell over her kingdom.
(Britain, darkness symbolizes destructive thinking and actions, see 8:12, 22:5.)
People bit their tongues in agony
(became desperate about their problems)

(11) and swore at God in heaven, because of their pains
(suffering from crime, financial and emotional problems, etc.)
and their sores,
(various diseases e.g. Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease through eating British beef and other epidemics, see Habakkuk 2:17. Any disease can only be seen in a vision as a skin disease.)
but they would not regret what they had done.
(Worshipped the "Queen" and other superstars, worshipped money through their actions in everyday life and failed to worship God not following the teachings of Jesus and other prophets. Behind the scenes Britain is still involved in policies similar to the crimes of the British Empire.)

(12) The 6th angel poured his bowl on the great river Euphrates. The river was dried up
(The Atatürk Dam on the Turkish side of the Euphrates has been built to divert a major part of the river for irrigation. When it is in full use, this could trigger a war about water with Iraq and Syria, see 9:14.)
to prepare a way for the kings from the east.
(Political leaders from a country east of Iraq, possibly Mullahs from Iran. This verse was reported to have influenced American policies during the Gulf War: it was mainly fear of Iran becoming dangerous that kept Saddam Hussein in power.)

(13) Then I saw three evil spirits
(These evil spirits represent propaganda messages.)
that looked like frogs. They came out of the mouth of the Dragon,
(They were spread by the British media, see 12:15.)
out of the mouth of the Beast
("Queen")
and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
(The false prophet is the important supporter of the "Queen". Therefore he must be a politician, probably Prime Minister. Bliar is not only an expert in propaganda but he also promises a better future and prevents any significant change of the outdated political, social and economic system, see 19:20, Isaiah 24:16.)

(14) They are spirits of demons who can work miracles,
(This propaganda is quite effective. Misuse of media power for profiteering and political manipulation is like a plot to spread madness among the people, see 10:10.)
and they go out to the kings
(political leaders and other influential persons)
of the whole world, to bring them together for the battle
(convince them to conspire against progress and the New Age Society of the White Horse)
on the great Day of God Almighty.

(15) "Look, I am coming like a thief!
 The interpreter of this book
(without people noticing but ignoring and despising me, see 1:9, 2:10, 3:3, 13:10, 22:20, Isaiah 24:16.)
Happy is he who stays awake
(Conscious of all the suffering and injustice in this world and not too much wrapped up in his own petty problems.)
and takes care of his clothes
(his morals, ideals and attitudes)
so that he may not walk about naked
(take part in the general greedy and selfish corruption of thinking without direction in life)
and be shamefully exposed."
(People who take advantage of an unsustainable political system usually end up disgraced and punished, when it collapses.)

(16) Then the spirits
(propaganda)
gathered the kings
(political leaders)
together to the place that in Hebrew is called Armageddon.
(Today the name Armageddon symbolizes the end of the world; funny, there are two places called "World's End" in London, one in Chelsea, the other one in Enfield.)

(17) The 7th angel poured his bowl into the air.
(The element of air symbolizes thinking. At last the six previous disasters have an effect: people become convinced that they cannot go on as they used to. This is an optimistic interpretation. One could also explain air more literal: in the context with the next verse it could predict an airborne war bringing unprecedented destruction. Lately the possibility of the earth being hit by a meteorite is repeatedly being discussed. Why? Are we all capable of   [self-fulfilling] prophecy?)
A loud voice came from the throne out of the temple saying, "It is done!"

(18) Then there were flashes of lightning, rumblings, claps of thunder and a terrible earthquake.
(A major catastrophe, could be an atomic bomb explosion or the earth being hit by a meteorite, see 4:5, 6:13, 8:5, 11:19, 18:21, Isaiah 2:10. This disaster can only be avoided, if dramatic changes happen soon.)
There was never an earthquake like that in the history of humanity, so terrible was the quake.

(19) The great city
(According to the features predicted in chapter 18 this could be London.)
split into three parts, and the cities of the world were destroyed. God remembered Great "Babylon"
(GB, see chapter 18)
and made her drink the cup filled with the wine of his furious anger.
(See 14:10)

(20) Every island disappeared
(Sounds like a flood disaster.)
and the mountains could not be found.
(Such giant explosions cause darkness through dust in the atmosphere.)

(21) Big hailstones of about a hundred pound each
(Sounds like the fallout from a giant explosion or a hail of little meteorites.)
fell from the sky on people, who cursed God for the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
