All Texans believe that everything is bigger and better in Texas. Food is extremely good in the big city. It is no coincidence that Houston is one of the fattest cities in the United States. It is so good that it is worth the fat. All the food is good but I think there are two categories that are outstanding.
- Texas Barbeque is like no other in the country. It is so good. It comes with Texas toast and a Texas size ice tea. There are many great barbeque restaurants but Luling City Market and Houston Barbeque are among two of the best.

- Tex-Mex is the name given to Mexican food in Texas. It has a unique taste and also is so good. It comes with home-made tortillas at the very famous restaurant named Ninfa�s. The Ninfa�s chain of restaurants is named after the founding owner who started her chain with the first restaurant on Navigation Blvd. Ninfa�s on Navigation is a must for the first time visitor. The great fajitas come with a fantastic margarita.
