Josiah Connell Sanchez's father, Franklin, was the preacher of a small church. When his mother died his father took him and his sister Hannah and went out on the road spreading the word of the Bible. Franklin was a very strick father. He would never let the kids out of his sight. If they made friends in school he would not let them go out with them or have the friends over.

After years of living under his father's rules Josiah joined the army fresh out of high school. He served 2 tour of duties as a MP. When he got out he went back to school to get his degree in human behavior and worked with the police from different states. A few years past and Josiah missed Hannah very much, he searched them out, but when he went to see them he found out that their father put Hannah in an institution.

He worked very hard to get her out and have her put in a group home.He started to write children's books under and allis, the money he made from there went to help support Hannah in the group home. He wrote a few books on human behavior but they didn't do as good as the children's books which he wrote more for Hannah.

He moved to Four Corners to be closer to Hannah who stays in the next town. He works as a deputy of the town and in his off time has a small shop where he sells his wood furnishings.
