Survivor Groton is an event where Troop 77 holds a day of fun for Pack 10. Survivor Groton started as a summer program for the Cub Scouts. The boy scouts helped put this on. Now its a day long event of fun filled activities. Cub scouts go through a number of stations run by adults and boy scouts. Every year we build a rope bridge for the cub scouts to croos. This bridge is normally 15 feet long. This is a great time for the cub scouts to interact with the the boy scouts. The first Survivor Groton was in 2001. The boy scouts started helping witht he program in 2002. This is a very fun event. |
