White Water Rafting

Our troop goes white water rafting every two years. We go down to just outside Jim Thorpe, PA. This is one fo the most anticapated trips. We open it up to the families of the scouts. We stay the night before at a local Boy Scout Camp and drive over. It's a blast on the water. We get into water fits with the bailing buckets. We start at 10. Lunch is half-way down at about noon. We end at 4. The highest class of a rapid is class 3. Occationally someone falls out of the boat. Everyone loves this trip.
