The boy scouts and venture Crew 88 went on a bike trip the day the entire North East of the United States went dark. This trip went along the St. Lawrence Seaway. This trip started at Long Point state park, west of Water town. After camping over night in the pitch black, we started north towards Tibbets Pt. lighthouse. We stopped to rest outside a buffalo ranch. 31 miles later we finished the all up hill leg. We had a good time eating, watching bid ships, laughing, eating, talking and eating. The following day we headed west toward Wellsly Island. This was alittle more level. 27 miles later, we completed our trek. This was from August 14-17 2003. we all had a great time.
