This Addendum  is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents  (Procurement of 235 pieces Tarpaulin – ITB N0- 2009-34) . This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.

Specification: 

The size of the metal grommets should be enough to fit a 10mm diameter hole or bigger. As to the number of grommets and washers, it is up to the supplier to determine the number of the grommets and washers to be placed in the tarpaulin. The tarpaulin should have a design with a 3m x 6m printed area which should read as follows:

SUPPLEMENTAL /BID BULLETIN 
(July 2, 2009)

This Addendum is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents  (Completion of Farmer’s Training Center and DA-Office (2^nd floor) - REBID – ITB N0- 2009-20). This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents. 

Indirect Cost
Overhead, contingencies, miscellaneous (minimum of 3.5% and maximum of 5% of the direct cost) 

Other specifications:

1.       The windows and doors of the 2^nd floor should be the same as the first floor. However, all windows should be sliding with the exception of the four rectangular shaped windows which should have an awning type opening.

2.       In the main stairs, a landing should be constructed on the fifth step of the said stairs and stainless handrails should likewise be placed in the main entrance and the two stairs. A fire escape ladder should be erected in the balcony at the side of the building.   

3.       The contractor should also test whether the water lines or plumbing system connecting from the source of the water to the bathrooms of the building are functioning.

4.       The contractor should conduct a hydrotest before turning over the project.
