Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at Department of Agriculture, RFU VI, Parola, Iloilo City, upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) to the DA Cashier. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address.
The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) to the DA Cashier.
The winning bidder/contractor shall facilitate the compliance of all permits and requirements related to the Construction of One (1) unit Packing House at Passi City, Iloilo.
