Cyclone

Working on the same principal as the Radial Zoom and the Rain Spot filters. The Cyclone filter adds a swirl about the central subject.

"I did not think I would like this filter at first judging from the Cokin examples of the effect,  now it is one of my favorites".
Jim Dees

Here again, a mixed and preferably dark background accentuates the radiating/swrilling streaks and so giving the impression of motion. Should not be used for subjects dominated by a light sky or which feature empty expanses of snow or water in the background, as it is the unfocused areas of a lively, disturbed background which emphasize the Swriling effect. Technically this filter is a Center Spot filter
And once again as with most all effect filters. Do not  use too small an aperture, or you'll see the filter rather than the effect.
