Weather: Freezing!
Today has been NUTS! Ugh! I am not sure the holiday season is as fun here as everyone had been telling me. It's crazy busy and crazy situations and just plain crazy!
I got up leisurely today and then headed to work to close the help desk. It was nuts in the lobby and everywhere in the park.
Beth and Rachel are in town and I was *so* sad cause they wanted to come to Orlando to visit me and I can't see them cause I worked until later than their bedtimes! *frown* Not happy.
I missed Mr. JT's preformance as well, but at least Jason got to watch it and be impressed by it a bit! *yay* If something is gonna make him think of me, let it be *NSYNC at least. *grin*
Drama like always surrounding my everyday, but tomorrow shall be good I hope and a bit better. I am working Candlelight for the first time and I am hoping it goes smoothly.
Graham Colton/Jason Mraz is tomorrow! Happiness! Karen is going too with friends so hopefully we will run into them! I am excited and cannot wait. Then Monday is Honestly/Third Eye Blind. Yay! Two great concerts this weekend!

Song: "All We Are" By
Honestly!
Mood: Ugh
Time: 12:02PM
Weather: A bit on the cool side
I am such a bad friend. I have missed three birthdays at least this month. UGH! TOM: HAPPY BIRTHDDAY my friend!!! Allison: I hope you had a great birthday and are enjoying your new job! Kate...I know it was just yesterday but I feel like crap...I am sorry! HAPPY BIRTHDAY girl!
And...Happy belated Thanksgiving. I didn't have a moment to post yesterday. It was nuts yesterday. I got up at a fairly decent hour and cooked for out get-together last night. Watched the parade. I didn't like it that they cut off the musicals acts...granted they weren't really singing anyways, but Chicago and Kool & the Gang were some of my favorites and I could only hear them for 2.2 seconds. Ugh. Ah well. It's life being in a parade.
Got lots of holiday greetings from my good friends...aww thanks guys you rock! Made my day nicer. Talked to the fam as well. They sounded like they missed me. Aww *grin*
Got ready for work and headed on out. What a day. Ugh. Work was pretty bad. We were *so* busy and I was by myself at the Help desk. Without the help of my wonderful managers I was sure to go insane. I was thankful for them! VERY!
One of my managers gave me a very nice compliment though and that made me feel good, but it was just one of those days that I felt like was not going right. I made a couple of mistakes I could have lived without, but I learned and life goes on. We had a lot of newbies still in the lobby and that took a lot of time, but all was well in the end with that. They are anxious to learn, and I want to teach, but patience and time are other factors I can't forget to include.
Had lots of situations last night. One being a biggie that took the use of quite a few heads to come up with as well as all of us staying later than usual, but it was a great opportunity to spread the magic of Disney as well as the season and the family was forever grateful and they were *so* nice, I hope all worked out.
After getting off of work I headed home and grabbed the food to head over to Jane's for our never-to-late "Happy Starch-giving" *giggle* It was really good though. Libby, Lowell, Tye, Jane, and I had our little meal and chatted. I am thankful to have those guys. It was a better ending to a not-so-great day at work. So my Thanksgiving was great at the very beginning and the very end, the middle I would love to forget though. *grin* Ah well. It happens.
They changed my schedule today to match yesterdays so I have a feeling today is gonna seem like a lot of yesterday...hopefully it will be better though having another help desk person with me. *crosses fingers*
Then, Saturday I work Candlelight and then I get to see Graham Colton and Jason Mraz! YAY! I cannot wait! Good times!

Well, tonight has been good times! When Tye got home we started making goodies for tomorrow's activities. We had Christmas music playing in the background. I was the DJ, so obviously you can guess who was being turned. *grin* Yep, Home For Christmas By *NSYNC as well as other Christmas CDs. Good times.
The UPS man came to visit. Geez, is it Christmas already? My sister sent me pics of my nephews along with a photo frame that said "GOOD TIMES" on it with stars on it as well. How perfect is that? She rocks! Thanks girl!
Tye and I had a good time chatting and eating...geez that is why I am so full!
Good times!
Pretty much all is set for Monday night! I am so excited to go see Honestly and as a bonus Third Eye Blind as well. It's me, Amy JO, Nick, and Tye going in our clan and hopefully Kevin and Jason will be coming as well! *crosses fingers* that everything works out! We shall see.
Joey Boone called tonight to congratulate both of us and Jordan as well! Yay, they are cute!
Tye brought home an email that was sent to the department congratulating the newest tour guides. They took 18 out of the 40 Guest Relations Cast Members that auditioned and our names and pictures are all over it. We hung it up. It's cute! Oh, I am so excited!
Crazy!
Talked to the fam tonight. They miss me. Aww I miss them too! I really do! Just making new memories. It happens!
Is this all we are? Just a shooting star, a fading memory? What have I become? Have I come undone? Is there something more to me?
I love my life.

WOW, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Already! I can't believe it!
I have had today and yesterday off and it's been drama. Ugh. Can't even go into it, but why is all this drama surrounding me when it has *nothing* to do with me. My poor friends. I wish this wasn't going on for any of them, but it is and it sucks. Drama in my life by association.
I have been trying to catch up on all the things I have neglected lately. Some of which including: travelling to the grocery store to get those much needed food items, pumping gas, going to the post office (sorry Kate, B-day gift coming soon!), doing laundry, and getting my oh-so-important Jason Mraz/Graham Colton ticket for this Saturday! (Whoo hoo!)
After getting all those things done I have been able to assist with the drama and then rest a bit. Although the drama gave me a bit of a headache last night that has con't through today. Ugh.
Today I have been hanging out and downloading new music. YAY. Good times!
Tomorrow I plan on waking up at a fairly decent time to make some goodies for my midnight Thanksgiving event for when I get off of work. Watch some of the parade if I can see past the snow on my non-cabled television. Sad isn't it? And then get ready for work and work at the help desk the remainder of the night until I get off and travel over to Jane's and Libby's for a Thanksgiving affair. Should be good times! I am excited!
Good news from this castle. Tye got VIP as well! YAY! Not sure about anyone else as of yet, but all in this house got it and that makes me happy! Good luck is sent out to the others though. I am hoping! *crosses fingers*
Aww Jocelyn...I am sad...Jason Adamo's site is sad today!

Song: "Everyday is the rest of your life" By
Honestly!
Mood: *giggle* Tired but good
Time: 12:19AM
Weather: A bit on the chilly but warm side *giggle*
Good day, Good day. I went to work today at the window at 9 in da AM. Worked until about 6ish. Had some Candlelight training. Good times!
Got home and got a call from Nick! YAY. It's DWIGHT'S BIRTHDAY! Happy birthday boy! So they came over and about the same time they arrived, Amy Jo and Grace walked up as well. How is that for timing. Grace is leaving tomorrow so we all hung out a bit and had some refreshments. Good times. *giggle*
With Honestly playing in the background, we had ourselves a little party. Good times.
Amy Jo and Grace had to wake up early in the morning so they left me with the boys and we chatted about old DAK ODF times and played cards. That was funny. I won, but by default and it was a pity winning cause they had to book it to pick up Nick's mom so oh well...we rainchecked anyways. Til tomorrow at Jellyrolls!
I love those kids. Good times! I am so sleepy...hmm not sure why. *giggle*
So I am excited about a lot of things. The fact that Thanksgiving is this week excites me, but also makes me a bit sad. I am not gonna be able to watch the parades with my momma or help make potato salad or green beans. I am not gonna be able to play with my neice and nephews, but I will be able to sleep in and work. Gee..that is great. *frown*
I love the holidays. Just gonna be different this year. It will be fun though. I know it will!
I am so thankful I have good friends here. I don't know what I would do without them. Honestly.
Good times!
I have the next two days off. YAY! I am gonna sleep in like a mad woman tomorrow. Happiness. Then, get lots of stuff done and spend money I don't have and catch up on all the stuff I have to get accomplished and then I can rest. yay!

Song: "Here Comes Santa Clause.." By Hmm...beats me..
Mood: Happy
Time: 11:49PM
Weather: Chilly
Good times. Last night I met up with Amy JO and Grace so they could stay here with us. After Jellyrolls they came back and had some stories to tell. *giggle* We crashed and woke up early so they could play in the parks and so I could go to work.
It was a good day at work! I got to train three great new Cast Members. They were so much fun! We had a lot to go over but they handled it all very well and in good spirits! It was great..lots of laughing...especially as the day got a bit longer...*grin*
Got home around 8ish and have been hanging out with Tye. We have been watching the 1998 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that I had taped because *NSYNC sang at Epcot that year and it is so funny cause it LOOKS so much bigger than it really is...WDW that is. So funny! We keep saying "WE WORK THERE!" *giggle*
We put up our Christmas decorations. We have my momma's painted light houses. Reminds me of my childhood and home. *sigh* I am gonna miss my family this year for the holidays, but I am *so* glad I am here at the same time!
We put up stockings and some ancient decorations that Tye had. It looks good so far, but we need lights and our Palm Tree version of our Christmas tree...Libby had bought me star ornaments for it so I am excited to get that all set up as well!
Oooh *NSYNC is singing again...YAY! Break time...excuse me...
THERE'S DAX! YAY!
*starts singing* God must have spent a little more time on youuuuuuu *grin* I LOVE them!
Anyways I am back now..sorry. So I changed schedules with Stacey so tomorrow I am working the morning shift at the window. Very happy about that. I love the window and I get to get out earlier so I am stoked! Thanks Stacey!
Tomorrow is my Friday and I have the next two days off. I cannot wait! Happiness! I hope everything works out for me to get out of work early on Dec 1st so I can go see Honestly! *crosses fingers*
Off to bed. I am beat!

Song: "You're always changing...always" By
Honestly
Mood: SO good!
Time: 8:35PM
Weather: Not too bad
What a great couple of days!
Let's see...I know I posted about Thursday, but lets move onto Friday. Joey Boone called and we went out to lunch at Pizza Hut for the "pizza buffet". We were technically too late for it, but the nice employees let us mooch off the buffet cause they rocked and Joey was so happy. *grin* He is so cute!
Went to MK to see Tye and Alex. Yay! "Have you heard yet?" was the question of the day. We all went out for VIP Tour Guide and it has been absolutely crazy and still is in trying to get all the information. Anyways..Joey Boone and I hung out a bit at MK and we went and saw Mickey's Philarmagic...I love that attraction! It's just great!
So came home and went to hook up with Amy Jo and Grace. While travelling down Palm Parkway I got pulled over. Oops. Although I was wearing a nice skirt...kinda short when sitting down...and I must say I think that helped my case. The officer was really nice and was totally cool about giving me a warning...oops. I learned my lesson. Although when he asked me where I lived...that was kinda random. Whatever.
Got to the Comfort Inn and the po-lice there was hitting on me...dang GOOD skirt. *grin* Met up with the girls and helped them check-in, except I really didn't help at all...then left to get ready for the evenings activities! YAY! This is where it gets really good...
Most of you who read this journal know that I had never seen the band, Honestly ever live and just have heard of them through Kings of A & R and fell in love with their songs/sound/lyrics and EVERYTHING! I don't know has become the soundtrack of my current love life and I just adore them. PLUS they are from the ATL...so I feel it's like a part of home visiting...So...Amy Jo, Grace, Leslie and I headed on down to support Honestly at Lost & Found in Longwood, Fl. and Sharon met us there! She rocks!
The first band was a bit too loud for me although they rocked it out to their own tune...I was just ready for Honestly...we had another band to catch that night. *grin* So...Sharon goes to the bathroom and brings back the promotional poster for Honestly that was hangin in the girl's bathroom. *giggle* So cute! I laughed so hard.
So...I got the balls to go up to a guy wearing an Atlanta Braves "A" hat assuming he was in "the band". Geez that sounds so cheesy, but whatever. I just kinda asked him if I could buy a CD cause we needed to book it after the show. I am sure he thought I was crazy...asking for a CD before they played and really before I had even *heard them play at all* but regardless he was very friendly and introduced himself as Justin and...yes..in the band. Whew..good guess on my part.
He thought it rocked we came out to see them so he got me a CD and mentioned to us they were gonna be playing very soon in Tampa at Twilight opening up for Third Eye Blind. How rockin is that? Justin invited us to go so we are gonna try our *best* to go..I asked off from work today. Me excited! They remind me of the first few times I saw FYC and how nice and friendly and talented they were. Good times!
So the *first* song they play is I DON'T KNOW! How much did that rock? So Amy Jo and I get up in front of the fifteen people in the place I call a hole and dance. I was so happy! YAY! Justin was fun and came down on the "dance floor" and let me *kinda* sing a note or two with him...very cool of him! He rocked!
The guitarist, Rob, thought it rocked that we knew the words (at least to a couple of their songs) and he kept grinning at us. He threw a drum stick at my feet in the middle of their preformance...very cool! AND gave us highfives at the end of the set...he came right out with his guitar still attached and everything and gave me his pic and got one for Amy JO too.
Apparently there are two Matt's in the band as well. They were adorable. They both came up and introduced themselves while Sharon was getting them all to sign the poster she ganked from the bathroom *giggle* and telling everyone and their mother that I was the one that brought them out...oh she is too cute, but I was turning a bit on the reddish side. *grin* I adore her!
Bottom line is the show was everything I expected and more and the guys were way cooler and friendlier than I ever imagined...there is southern hospitatility for ya. *grin* Very cool. So after the show, we said our goodbyes and hightailed it to BIG SKY and made it "just in time" YAY!
WOW two shows in one night...craziness. Two covers too (the less cool part of the evening, but it was worth it!) BIG SKY was LOUD. Backbooth has GOT to get their sound in check cause it was TOO loud, but they still rocked it out and I had a great time! We met up with Nick there and poor boy might have busted an ear drum not being used to it. He liked them though.
Seeing Big Sky at Backbooth is only really fun cause it's initimate AND it *is* BIG SKY, but the place sucks for sound...too loud and microphones going in and out...I don't remember it being that bad the last time I saw them there, but whatever it was going from one hole to another. But great bands at both places!
So...after that crazy night, I came home and crashed after having a quite enjoyable evening. It was about three by the time I crashed and I had to wake up at six...yea in da AM, so I am about beat right now with no nap.
Onto today...
Went to work and met my trainee for the day. Michele rocked it. She was SO excited about being in Guest Relations and was awesome! She really paid attention in ATS class and by the end of the day she was like, "Thanks, I think I learned more today than I have the past few days! It was great!" YAY! I did good I guess. She rocked it out!
After training her, she did her assessment and I got a phone call from one of my managers and I *knew* what it was regarding...so I started slowly freaking out to myself.
I had already heard from another co-cast member that they had gotten the VIP tour guide and I was SO happy for him, but scared to hear my fate.
I was on the phone and she said, "Hey Carolyn, this is in regards to your interview...it was a good interview...." and said very solemly...and I got silent and could *not* breathe and she said real quick (but seemed like a lifetime) "SO good that they accepted you as a VIP tour guide" I then started to breathe again.
YAY!
I am SO excited! Whew....I can breathe. Only thing is...only Epcot has found out for sure by our managers so who knows on everyone else, but I just am SO excited! YAY!
It's been a good, but tiring day!
I finished up at work and helped John Dontrich out with some paperwork then headed home to meet up with Amy JO and Grace. They are hanging here tonight and then tomorrow they are gonna play at the parks. YAY.
Finally saw my roomie who I haven't seen in days. Seems I am always out and about when he is home and vice versa but I caught him up on all my activities and he did as well. He better get VIP as well..I have a feeling he will, but I just want him to hear it from them and SOON so we can celebrate!
Okay so I was thinking my wish list could be as follows:
1.Fifth Year Crush
2.The Curve
3.Honestly
4.Big Sky
5.Tony Lucca
I *can't* put any member of *NSYNC on there cause I would be throwing up the entire time of nervousness....don't put it past me, I have done it before. But funny how I put people I already sorta know on my list...and none of them might ever need or *want* a VIP tour guide, but at least I would be the first to have them on my list. *giggle* Nah...but who I will put? Beats me...
Anyways I am excited and just very thankful! What a great couple of days! Yay!
Okay going to rest now cause I am beat...later!

Song: "Wherever You Go" By The Calling...but listening to
FYC's version
Mood: Tired
Time: 12:15AM
Weather: Chilly
What a crazy day! And by crazy...I mean CRAZY!
I woke up in time to go pick up Grace from the airport and was freaking out a bit when she didn't come out until a half an hour later...thinking we didn't know exactly where to meet each other, but all was good when I saw her walking towards my car! Yay!
Went to Subway to eat! Thanks for lunch Grace! Had some good talks..that girl is a funny one!
Came back to the apartment and crashed for a good couple of hours cause poor Grace hadn't slept in an entire day and I was pretty beat as well.
Got a message from Aimee so when I called her back she needed a favor. Poor Aimee and Ryan...they were on there way to the Orlando airport when their battery went dead, and on top of that, they wouldn't let Aimee on the flight to the Bahamas cause her birth certificate wasn't one from the state but rather the actual hospital she was born at. Random.
So I went to pick them up from the airport (making it my second trip there in a day..but it was all good...it's not that far) to take them to Wal-mart to get a battery. They are too cute, I felt so bad for them. Their day was less than perfect, but we had fun! BIG SKY! *grin* There was an actual "BIG SKY STEAK HOUSE AND SALOON" on Semoran Blvd. Good times...*giggle*
After dropping them off, I make it home in time to get ready for my "Hollywood Evening" and get dressed up to head out to Grease! *grin* I picked up Leo and met Nina at the Commons. We headed on over and that was fun in itself. Nina is hilarious. "I hit every yellow light from Clairmont to the Commons" *giggle*
So we get there and everyone is dressed up-Nina looked like Sandy from the end of the movie and Leo looked like Danny so it was perfect. It was in a nice convention center and seemed like a big production, or so we thought! *grin* Saw Mr. and Mrs. Fatone (YAY! JOE AND PHYLLIS represent! They are so supportive!) and saw Janine Fatone as well! They are so cute!
Didn't see any of the other boys there, but it was funny when I found out I wasn't the only one looking. This girl was on her cellphone saying "Hey, is Chris gonna be here with Joey?" *grin*
Good times!
Some Orange Cty. Representative opened the play and he said something along the lines of..."Our own homegrown Joey Fatone playing Tony Zuko" LOL TONY? Have you not SEEN the movie at ALL? *GRIN* and he said it like FIVE times! Hilarious. Sad sad sad...do some research on the play you are opening up for! *grin*
Well at first, I really wanted to support the play...in a professional way, but it was just *too* funny. There were parts where I felt that Nina and I were the *only* ones who thought it was hilarious and everyone else took it so seriously. *giggle* I had a great time laughing at them. Eric Garbus...Kenickie (HA!) related to Susan Garbus (the Producer) perhaps? Or possibly Jon Garbus (the Technical director and set designer) maybe? How did he get that gig? *giggle* Just kidding, we all know it was *really* cause he is friends with Joey. Good times!
Favorite part? Well I have TONS! Nina decided it was worth the price of her ticket ($30) when Alfonso Ribeiro (Teen Angel) came down from the rafters on a wire doing flips in a white suit. SO funny! "Beauty School Dropout" BUT HE SANG SO GOOD! I was so impressed..but second funniest part was when he was attaching himself to go back up "to the malt shop in the sky" and we were afraid he was gonna fall...it was a tad like a highschool production in that way.
LOVED it when Roger said to Danny "Wanna come over to my pad to watch The Mickey Mouse Club?" and again Danny asked Sandy "We're gonna go watch The Mickey Mouse Club, wanna come?" YAY! *giggle* So cute!
When Jeff Conway did his Vince Vontane deal it was sad. He so wanted to relive those Grease years, but he really make Vince look country and slow (remember Vince saying all those words *so* fast...yea...nothing like it!) BUT he did get to pull Patty Simcox's dress up to show her undies...yay! *grin*
The best parts of the play were the singing and dancing numbers. Joey rocked it cause his voice ROCKS! Rizzo sounded just like Rizzo in the movie and I was more than impressed with her! I wasn't too impressed with Sandy and I think it is just because her style of singing is not my kind of singing. A bit too winey for me...but she has good tone and good strength...just not my kind of Sandy. I LOVED ROGER and JAN! They rocked my world and were so cute! I felt they were the real actors in the play!
All in all though it was definitely worth my time and money cause it was so cute! It was great to be there opening night too cause that is when they figure everything out! They had the drive-in movie scene come up three times before it was actually suppose to come on...with the movie being on in the background. So cute! And...if I am correct, it looked like there was a movie with a young Joey in it..and possibly a young second member of the group "The Big Guys"..I forget his name..the spanish shorter guy. I could be wrong on that though.
Got a call from Nick! He is adorable...hopefully we can hook up tomorrow! Sorry, but Margaritaville calls!
So after the play, we laughed all the way out and I headed to Margaritaville after dropping off Leo. Went in my dress so the boys were surprised to notice it was me. AJ was like, "What's UP!" and Dave gave me the cutest look like "Who is this?" I love them! Grace and Amy JO were pretty beat so we didn't stay long, but it was worth it to see a couple of songs at least.
Jonathan called and finally I got to talk to him. It's been months. It was good to talk to him. I miss you my friend! I really do. Can't you just come over and we can have a "dogwood" sandwich on my plastic ware and then we can take some drinks and chips to the pool and swim? *grin* Those were the "good-ole days"
Tomorrow will be another full and great day off! I am planning on SLEEPING IN! YAY! And then I will get in touch with everyone about the night's activities! First Longwood with HONESTLY and then onto Backbooth for BIG SKY! I cannot wait! Happiness..yea it's two covers but it's two great bands in ONE night. YAY! It will be great..then up early the next morning for training at Gateway...so you may not hear from me for awhile, we shall see!

FYC's version
Mood: Ugh
Time: 12:01AM
Weather: Okay
Well....
Today was my big interview. Not sure how it went. I mean...I *think* I was there. *grin* Nah, it went okay, but who really knows. There are over fifty people interviewing and I *know* they can't take that many and honestly I don't know how I could have stood out from the rest of the interviewees so who knows. We shall see I suppose. Either way I am fine if I don't get it. A lot of people don't get it on the first try and it's no biggie. I am happy just being in Guest Relations so there ya go.
Yay Blinded is on now. I love watching this PI preformance of FYC. It was one of their best in my opinion. I know that Amy Jo is upset with me that I won't go see Howie Day with her instead of going to see FYC, but I just can't. I would be sad not seeing FYC. It happens.
After the interview I went to work and was caught by Maryanne to attend a meeting on Diversity. It was very interesting and enjoyable. It was really an ideally manager meeting with us kind of as on-lookers so it was good times. Then, I went to a town hall meeting and had fun with John Dontrich! "Who *are* you? Carolyn never wears a skirt!" So cute! Yea, and it was kinda comfy and looked rather nice on me, I must say! *giggle* Then I went and closed the help desk tonight. It was crazy slow, but with the craziness situations at the same time. I had a guest on the phone and the same guest came to seek me out at the lobby and just wanted to vent it seemed like. So I let them vent again and again. It happens.
So...I am getting excited about my next two days off...after that interview this morning I just want to forget about it and move on and see what happens. I work tomorrow in DRC then have thursday off (YAY) and friday off (YAY) and then back to work (but we won't think about that right now!)
Thursday: Maybe go see Mickey's Philarmagic with Joey Boone. Pick up Grace from the airport. Go see Grease with buds from work and make it a "Hollywood Evening". Go to Margaritaville with Amy Jo, Grace, *hopefully* Nick and peeps.
Friday: HONESTLY at Lost & Found! YAY! I cannot wait!
It shall be good times and I am excited. Now if I can just get through tomorrow! *grin*

Song: "Get Your Kisses From Me" By
Joe Firstman
Mood: Nervous
Time: 9:56PM
Weather: Comfy
Today was a great day! I had a UFW tour this morning that rocked! Could not have asked for a better tour. I had twelve wonderful people who were all excited about the tour and asked tons of questions. Thankfully I was able to answer a good majority of them so I was pleased!
The guests were so friendly and most of the time even enjoyed some of my jokes, which is really not usual. I really am not that funny, but I try...even so they laughed and I adored them for that!
Cheiko did my ambassador presentation and she made me tear up it was so cute. She talked about why she originally interviewed for the position at Disney and it was about her family and how magic had effected her directly and she saw the impact it had on her family and she wanted to make that for other guests. She is so cute!
We had a fun tour and everyone really enjoyed themselves and I had a great time as well! Yay! At the end of the tour, I had one guest ask for a picture with me (my first one) AND a guest had gotten so emotional about the end of the tour (not that it was over, but I guess from the information that I was giving) that it made her cry (which to me was a compliment) and it was so sweet!
My guests were so sweet even so to the point of one of them offering me a very valuable gift from his work, but unfortunatly it is not in my best interest to accept, since we cannot accept gifts, but it was so nice of him to offer. They were all so awesome!
Great tour!
Came home and hung out with Tye. We started to study the guide and decided to do some visual touring of the areas so we headed to MK to do some property knowledge and study. We had a great time! He is so funny. We did Mickey's Philarmagic, Mad Hatter's Spinning Tea Cups, Goofy's Barnestormer at Wise Acre Farms and Goofy's Diamondhorse Jamboree. (It was my first time at the latter two so very cool and VERY funny!)
I am actually crying right now from laughter over Tye and his funny ways. We had a great time studying and trying to relax before our interviews tomorrow. We are both so crazy nervous that we can hardly do anything *but* laugh it off.
After the park, we went to property control and spent way too much time and way too much money but again we needed the relaxation and humor to make us feel better about tomorrow's stressfulness that is gonna come. Although I think we are great for the job and opportunity it is so nerve-racking, but we are as prepared as we can be...I think!
Wish us luck!
Talked to Nick! Hey boy...you are too cute looking for me at work! Aww..should I be scared that you are stalking me? Nah, it's only stalking if you weren't completely adorable, but you are so it's all good! *grin*
Thanks for the encouraging words Juliet...*crossing fingers*
Today was a great day! I was so nervous this morning in anticipation of the day's activities, but everything went really well and was enjoyable the entire time! I just hope tomorrow is the same way!
After the interview, I am heading onto work for the closing help desk so we shall see how everything goes a bit later! I will talk soon!

Weather: HOT!
The past fews days have been so crazy, I haven't been able to breathe. On Friday night I closed the help desk with Anne. Yay! We had a good time. Kinda crazy like always, but it happens.
Got a text message from Mikey saying he was in town and wondered if BlueStone was playing. Umm...of course! Amy Jo and I headed out to Margaritaville for a night of fun! It was good times! We weren't in there two seconds before some random guy came up to me and got in my face (drunko) "Wanna dance?" Umm, let me get a drink first. "Just let me know when you are ready" Needless to say, I was never ready. *grin* Michael was so cute! I adore them! It was crazy too...tons of people.
Had good times..got home around 3AM and got another text message from Mikey..."I am at Hard Rock" *giggle* Good for you...I am in bed! It was cute! Oh well, next time my friend. Next time!
Crashed and poor Amy Jo had to wake up at the break of dawn to go to Casting for a presentation and then I went to close the help desk with Anne again. Good times. We had weird situations, crazy situations, bad situations, and then some *awesome* situations! I loved it all. Great day altogether!
I got to take this awesome family back to Fort Wilderness and they were hilarious. They kept me laughing the entire time. The man was chatting about in his UK accent about the most random things and talking about how much wiskey he was gonna inhale when he got back to his "white picketted fence RV home" even though he just came out of First Aid. He was just full of life. When we got to Fort Wilderness, he wanted to take me on a tour to see all of the Christmas lights that we coming up all around. He was so cute! The best and happiest family ever. I adored them!
I also got to do a magical moment for a family I had helped the other day. The little girl was about five and she was sick and I took them back to their resort in the middle of the day so they missed the fireworks that night. I brought them back to see the fireworks and went to visit them and gave the little girl a picture of her favorite character, Minnie, signed and everything and she was thrilled. Yay! Good times!
Then, got home to meet Amy Jo and got dressed quickly to run out the door to do Margaritaville again! Guess who was there? CHARLES AND CHRIS! YAY! They came! And they brought their entire crew with them! Met two fun new girls, Holly and Nicole! Very fun! I enjoyed them. We all danced and had a great time like always. Chris was his funny and unusual self and Charles looked tired but was so adorable like always! I miss those boys! Good times with Dave wanting it to be like a rock show and we jumped up and down over and over and over again. "I love jumping" *giggle* Lots of good music last night! Yay
So this week is gonna be crazy. Today I am in DRC...then supposedly I am training this week, but I have no idea who and when...and I am doing to UFW tour tomorrow and I have a *very* important interview on tuesday. Then, I am gonna have an awesome two days off full of events. Then...I just found out I got pulled for Candlelight. YAY! Usually it is only for experienced Cast Members, but for some odd reason, they pulled *me*. Happiness. I can't wait! Good times are to be had! I am excited!
OOH, I got mail recently! YAY. Thanks so much Kate! I am SO excited. I have yet to actually listen to any of it though cause I have been so crazily busy. But I am SO excited! Did you get your mail from me yet?
Jocelyn, I got your email but no snail mail yet, but I am anticipating and hoping it will come soon, but thanks so much! You rock! Yay!
So back to studying my stuff for VIP and reviewing my UFW. Stress is the word of the moment and it is *so* HOT right now I can't even function properly. Goodness sakes!

Honestly
Mood: Good!
Time: 11:13AM
Weather: Very Chilly
So last night was good times. Gathered the crew: Leslie, Libby, and Jane to meet up with Mr. Joey Boone last night at Hooters. Amazingly enough, it was all of our "first-times" except Leslie had picked up her Halloween costume there previously and of course it was Joey Boone's second time in *that night* <.giggle>
It was good to see and hang out with Joey again. He's a sweet guy.
It was FREEZING last night. The weather got really cold and windy. Umm hello...this is Florida isn't it? Does the weather actually *do* this? *grin* I am excited though...can't wait to see the holidays here.
Got home pretty late and crashed. Woke up this morning and so happy that I don't have to go into work until 2:15. YAY!
Tonight Amy Jo is gonna come over. She has a big interview in the morning! Good luck Amy JO! It's gonna go great! Then tomorrow night we are going to MARGARITAVILLE! Excitement! I can't wait!

Time: 5:24PM
Weather: Cool
Been sitting here, can't get you off my mind, I try my best to be a *man* and be strong, I drive myself insane, wishin I could touch your face, but the truth remains, you're gone
*woman* <.grin>
Yea so...I was at DRC today and then got news that I was moving to Gateway to hang out for the rest of the night. Joey Boone called again trying to get tonight's activities all together. We shall see how it's gonna work.
Listening to the *NSYNC audio jukebox and enjoying every moment of it. It is pretty slow here at Gateway, but enjoyable at the same time. I am happiest when I have my music and with it's good company I am all good to go. Good day so far.
So tonight we might be heading to Hooters for some "good chicken wings" Right Leslie? *giggle* Shall be good times. The weekend I am closing help desk and on Saturday night we are headed to Margaritaville! Yay!

Mood: Good
Time: 5:35PM
Weather: Nice
Today has been a very productive day so far. After sleeping in (YAY!), I chatted with Mr. Joey Boone who is coming into town today. Good times! And *finally* chatted with TOM again! Aww I missed ya my friend!
I went to the store and caught up on groceries that I haven't had in weeks cause I haven't had the time to go get them. Then, organized a bit, still have more to do on that though. Ugh. Too much to do and so little time!
Been trying to do all my copying of CDs and tapes for people that I have promised them to. I am working on it, but geez these shows are long. Tony Lucca is a good two hour tape and The Curve/FYC are pretty long as well, but I am enjoying watching them over and over and over again. *starts singing* over and over and over again Yay The Curve! Rock on!
So I am gonna hang out around and get all my stuff done cause the next day I have off isn't until the GREASE show on the 20th. Lots of stuff coming up this next week though including a very important interview that I am highly nervous about...and that's all I am gonna say about that!
Jocelyn is gonna try to come visit! Yay! Hopefully around Mr. Jason Mraz's appearence time as well! Gonna be good times! Yay! She's so fun!
I forgot to mention that Sharon brought up to me yesterday that she was excited about going to see Honestly in Longwood with us! Yay! She's so cute! Me excited. That is next Friday and I can't wait!
Good times!

Song: "Hallelujah" By Mr.
Tony Lucca with his version of the song from
Shrek
Mood: Exhausted!
Time: 12:00AM
Weather: Chilly
So technically I started this blog two years ago on November 10th, but the 12th was my first *real* post and I know I posted it last year, but just as a reminder here it is again:
Today is another sad day in history. I was awoke by my mother asking me if I knew anyone in Queens. Very sad yet again. This really is gonna have people staying at home and not ever stepping on an airplane ever again. Well this is my first official post and I have to start it off so depressing-sorry. Well today I am planning on visiting with my friend Jessica who I don't get to see very much so that is very exciting, then back home to do some studying for tomorrow's "ugh" school day. Hopefully it won't be so bad. Okay well not much else to say since I am just getting used to the fact that I am able to do my journal online and open to the public. Let's see where my "SYNCING" will take me. Be back later and as always Stay *NSYNC!
And a year later my post was as follows:
Last night I was so exhausted that I fell asleep at 8:30PM and didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 7:15 this morning. Plus, because of that, I didn't get ANYTHING I was suppose to get done last night...so I had to play catch up today.
So...I got up early and worked on one of my many papers due by Thursday, then went to Intimate Violence to learn that I *earned* an 85% on my exam, but since he put three questions on the test that we didn't even go over at ALL, he is gonna give us extra points...and if they are two points each (which is what I am hoping) then I will have an A...yay! Not an earned A mind you, but I couldn't help the fact that I missed questions I didn't even have to know for this test, ya know? So I am okay with it!
So then, I made a very important decision and decided to skip my last two classes (not because I wanted to) but because I felt I had to...I had to go see "Bowling for Columbine" to review PLUS rewrite my other screw up paper...and do this all for tomorrow. I finished it and think it is MUCH better. Plus the review I am pretty proud of, but we shall see. <.crosses fingers>
After my first class, I was headed to the parking garage to get moving to Jess's apartment...when I was driving down the ramp, I saw these two guys breaking into a car (which very well could have been an innocent thing in trying to get locked keys out of the car or what have you) BUT when I was slowing down and looking at them, they kinda jumped and hurried more so....and I had a bad feeling about it. Plus, there have been a LOT of cars that have been broken into in that particular garage. So, I told the attendent and she called the cops and I left. Then, I saw the guys in a car driving out of the garage when I was, so I tried to get the liscense plate number, but couldn't so I just kinda got a better description and went back to the attendent and talked to the cops. I told them what I saw and basically that was it. I don't know if I helped stop whatever they were doing, whether good or bad, but I don't think anything was broken into...so that is good. Just trying to help <.shrug>
So then Jess and I went to see "Bowling For Columbine" and it was an excellent documentary. I highly recommend going to see it! It opened my eyes to a lot and was very influential! Go see it! I spent all tonight working on my papers, UGH! SO MUCH work, but I hope it pays off with my grade...I am really getting nervous about my grade in this particular class. And ONLY in THIS class...ugh! If I get through this I will be good to go!
I must say that I am really enjoying "Justified" more than I thought I would. I haven't gotten sick of any of the songs...and I really enjoy them all. Yea, I am still trying to convince myself that they aren't MJ, but still...I like them! I am allowed, right? <.grin> And I might go out and buy that dang Nick album....or wait until Christmas...we shall see <.giggle>
It's funny to think I was in my last semester at GSU a year ago at this time. So weird. I am now an adult and out of college. Geez. And where am I today? Ya know I am very proud to be where I am, cause I did reach my goal that I had then, and now I am just looking for more goals to reach. All I wanted at that time was to be living in Florida, working at Disney in Guest Relations, and partying hard. That is definitely what I am doing! Rock on!
Good times! Definitely check out the archives or "old school Carolyn" on the side bar to see what life was like back for me in the old days! It's all good! I miss some things but definitely appreciate things now and am so glad that I recorded a majority of my life on here to look back on. Good times!
Okay going to bed listening to Tony Lucca sing to me via my video camera I hope that someone gets my...message in a bottle, yea...gonna enjoy that!

It was a stressful day though cause I felt bad for rushing a lot of the day, but it ended up good with Theresa's check out, she did well! She knows her stuff! Good times!
I am beat! I am watching and recording the Halloween tape for Leslie, Kevin, and fam...it's so funny! Good times!
Going to catch up on stuff that I have neglected for quite awhile...I have off tomorrow (thank GOODNESS) and gonna just rest and relax! Later!

Song: "Privacy Attracts A Crowd" By
Val Emmich
Mood: SO tired!
Time: 9:33PM
Weather: Rainy!
Wow. What a weekend. It has been crazy. Basically, I spent 20 hours total in the car driving....ugh. I am exhausted still.
Don't get me wrong though, it was totally worth it and I don't regret it at all. I love my car (it did so good!) and I love my music and that was all I needed. Who cares if I didn't feel well or if I got less than eight hours the entire weekend.
Okay..onto the breakdown of the weekend.
I trained Theresa on Friday and then got out of work at 11 to come home and get my stuff ready to go to the ATL. I left home about 12ish and drove to Atlanta in the middle of the night. I was really good doing that...not too tired and wired with twizzlers (idea courtesy of Wayne's World). Good times!
Stopped only in Gainesville to use the facilities and in Cordele, Ga to get more gas. Only in well lit areas momma, no worries. I was shady in Gainesville though. It was like 3 in da morning and I was trying to find the facilities and I went in with no money with me and the guy was like, "can I help you?" but I really didn't want to tell him that I *just* had to use the bathroom (kinda rude) so I just didn't know what to say...so I just left...kinda shady. Oops. Either way it was kinda funny.
Got to the ATL about 7:30 in da AM and saw my daddo in the driveway about to leave for his weekly hiking trip. Surprised him good! My mom let Honey come outside to run over me and greet me. I missed my doggy. Good to see the fam.
Went straight to bed for four hours...then woke up to go shopping with my momma and then back home to help her with her novel stuff. She wrote a book and wants to send it out and needed to burn the copies onto CDs...cool stuff.
Went to meet Jessica to head out to Macon for the wedding. I got to see her new pad. It was so hot! Right on the corner of ORME street too (which is fairly close to my last name for those of you who know, so it's just fun) and it is the cutest and the most "trendy" type of house! I liked it!
Of course, we had to go to Doc Chey's for dinner...I miss that place so much! So in our dresses and sweatshirts (it was *so* cold up there-like a real "fall"), we ate our spring rolls in the car on the way there...GOOD stuff!
It took about an hour and a half to get to Macon and we found the church no problem...good job Jess! Hiked it all the way up to it and stood in line to get in the church...kinda cold! Saw MC and she told us Melissa, Gail, and Deanna were saving us seats! Aww, yay! Got escorted and ran to the bathroom. *giggle* Couldn't find the bathroom so the groom (who we hadn't yet met) directed us to it. Nice way to meet Catherine's soon-to-be husband. *grin*
Caught up with our crew. Melissa is now engaged as well. So crazy that all my friends are getting married. Oh dear...Deanna is a grandmom and was showing off her pictures proudly, so cute! Kelly was working with her dad doing the filming stuff so it was good to see her too and tell her congrats on her baby! Gail was in Orlando a few weeks ago and didn't look me up! Crazy!
Catherine looked so PRETTY! I loved her dress and it was a short and sweet ceremony and that is the way I like it. Left more time for the party! So we hiked to the reception up the street and it was *so* cold. There were lights everywhere and it was an intimate bunch and really a good time.
So yea...open bar. That starts out my night...and ends my night. White wine all night long. Whew..never doing that again. I never want to see white wine again in my life. But it was good times. I was toasted! Gail and Melissa were pretty toasted too and Jessica was just getting started. I think Deanna looked at me several times during the night thinking I was nuts! Ahh good times. I am on there wedding video way too much! "Dick and Kelly..do you *know* what the word edit means? USE IT!" *grin* Good times!
So..Jessica drives home and to be honest...all I remember is jamming out to The Curve and then passing out....the next thing I know I am laying on the floor of Jessica's apartment and talking to her roommate Sarah (whom I met right then and there-great first impression, huh?). It was crazy, but I knew I had to get home cause I told my parents I would...so Jessica has to go home to help David out with a party that was unplanned and crazy so I try to escape and Sarah basically holds me down and says I have to watch TV with her, which was a good idea to me since I hadn't seen TV in years it feels like.
I got a call from Jason earlier so I returned his phone call. He was in Orlando, yea good timing, be in Orlando when I am in Atlanta. He was pretty toasted as well, so yea interesting conversation. Good times.
Sarah and I chatted about boys and how we can't live with or without them. *starts singing* With or Without You. Then, Jessica came with Amy's boyfriend to take me home. YAY. Thanks Jess, you rock! We arrive at my house and I see my momma (at 3:45AM mind you) getting something from the kitchen. Oooh bad timing. So my mom sees me coming in drunk and reaking of liquor (so she said) and puts me to bed. How embarassing. Ah well.
I woke up about 8 in the morning not being able to sleep anymore...not good. I felt so sick! Never have I ever felt that bad the next morning...well except maybe that Beach Club night (*giggle* Amy Jo!), but still that was for partly different reasons...I am never taking full advantage of an open bar again. Ugh!
Rested for a good part of the day, then went to meet up with my fam. Saw my bro and family. I missed them! My nephew won a contest for taking a "I am happiest when..." photo of planes...he loves them! He is so cute! Growing up so fast! And my neice is adorable. She was not feeling well and her mom told me that she didn't want to do anything until I came and then she had all her energy back. She jumped on me "Nanie!" and then when we were hanging out and chatting (she's only three, but loves to chat!) she just randomly said "I love you Carolyn" and she was named after me so I said it back, but she normally only calls me nanie like the others do..it was *so* cute! Aww I miss my fam. Didn't get to see my sis and company but maybe next time! And Jeff and Laura are still in Ohio, but I hope they come visit me soon!
Went back home and got my stuff together to head out. I made good time. Left Atlanta about 4ish and made it into Orlando around 10:30ish so I came home and crashed. So exhausted! But all in all a very productive and good weekend.
I woke up this morning a bit more refreshed and feeling much better around 9am and met Theresa at Cast Services for Gateway today. Found out by using my wonderful training tool of looking up Mr. Joey Fatone's ticket (because it was good practice and since I reissued his ticket, I knew it existed) that he renewed his ticket and Megan got to do it! Yay! Anne called me and told me, SO cute! They all cared that I would be excited! I adore my crew!
Training today was good. I think Theresa likes the window, but it was a kinda slow day cause of the rain. But it was good practice.
Juliet came to visit. Yay. It will be okay my friend!
Came home and been chattin and gonna head to bed. But it was a good weekend though, just need to catch up on some much needed sleep! What a weekend!

Song: "The Ghost of You and Me" By
The Curve
Mood: Well, but exhausted
Time: 11:22PM
Weather: Rainy and wet
So today was pretty good. Woke up early to meet up with Theresa to train her for the day. There were some challenges with trying to use all the time productively, but that happens sometimes. All else was good. She was a great trainee. I have her for three more days, so all will be awesome!
Talked to Doug today! Yay. I miss him!
After work, was driving home and looked over at the car who was stopped next to me at the stoplight and it was Glen Lewis. I adore him! He was in his costume as well on the way to pick up someone. He was like, "soon you might be doing the same!" and I was like, "Crossing my fingers" and he said he was too. Aww, he is so cute! I like him! Good guy!
Got home and met up with Amy JO. We vented about our days and ate some spagetti, then got ready for the evening's activities. Leslie hauled it over and we headed downtown for TONY LUCCA!
When walking in, looked behind me and there was Dax. "DAX!" uh...hey "Kim?" nah, but that's okay...I am surprised he even remembered my name at the last Tony show I ran into him at, so it's all good. But he's such a nice guy! Good to see him randomly again!
Good times. It was at Room 3NINE, which wasn't my favorite bar from the last time that I was there with Ron Irrizary, but it was much better and laid back this time to where it was enjoyable. A much more mature crowd...except the losers next to us.
It was *so* quiet at parts though, I felt uncomfortable to even move, but it was all good and very awesome to hear Tony's voice so clear and wonderful...it's so soothing. I loved every moment!
Tony sang *almost* all my favorites...including "Happily Ever After", "Hold You Tonight", "Hollywood Chain Gang", but I was a bit sad to not hear "Honestly for You" or "Kind" *frown*
Saw some fans I recognized from I-4 and the Tony show before..so weird how shows bring us together, and how some tear people apart. Weird.
A dude was there, who actually sang a bit with Tony as well, who was wearing a "Justified" T-shirt. So cute!
I met a nice girl named Sandy who said she could hook me up with some of Tony's songs that cannot be purchased anymore. Rock on! I wonder why they can't be purchased anymore, but he's not selling the old school cds anymore..sadness.
So tomorrow gonna train Theresa again, but this time for the closing shift. Then, I am headed to the ATL....gonna be good times!

Tonight was awesome! I had such an awesome experience. And...a hint to it is in my heading of this post.
So I was help desk today and I first went to a disability services meeting...it was good. Had some new info to go over and it was good times!
Went back to the lobby and Nick came to see me TWICE with Ashley. It was cool of them to visit! Hope they had a good time at ole Epcot!
Then, my manager *grin* asked me if I wanted to help her out with a "VIP" mission. So I got to assist some *special* guests with getting them to a viewing area after their preformance. It was so much fun and a great experience. I got to watch the fireworks with them. Andy (the manager of Illuminations) remembered meeting me, "Hey, I have met you before", from when he took me on top of Mexico from my Tour training class...and he was so cool and nice! I adore him. So..then on the way back from the viewing area to the van, the two sound guys were so cool talking to me about Mission:Space and asking questions. They were *so* cute! It was great fun!
So, the next two days are my training days for Theresa. I am excited. My first real trainee! Yay!
This weekend I am going to Atlanta to attend a wedding for my friend Catherine! Very exciting stuff! Cannot wait! It is gonna be good times visiting the friends and fam!
Later!

Yesterday I was in the DRC training some peeps. Good times. The day went by really quick because of that. I like it when that happens.
I love music...just a thought. It saves me.
So...last night I get a call from my Nick. Aww. He's so cute...saying he is going to Jellyrolls...(it's his first time going) so I talk to him and say Libby and I are on our way. We get there and it's Chris's birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAPMAN! He was dressed in 80s gear...such a cutie!
Saw a lot of Cast Members there like always, found Nick and hung out with him. He's so adorable. We were sitting at a table enjoying the music...when I spot someone familiar looking...and it's MINHEE. ahhhh! "Minhee's ROOM-HATES!" *giggle* She was my ex-roommate whom I lived with for TWO months and she still has NO idea what my name is. HA! She was the "shotgirl" at Jellyrolls. Totally random and funny. She came up to our table to offer us shots...and nothing. She had no clue who I was...I called Amy JO and woke her up just to tell her. Funny stuff.
Poor Nick didn't know half of the songs they sang...he's a youngin...before his time! *grin* But then again, I didn't know a few either...*giggle*
Hey JHEY...what's up? Sorry I didn't get your call the other day...or IM...I was on the phone...I sorry. What's going on? You okay?
Left there pretty beat...I was trying to stay until I heard Bon Jovi...the second we walk out the door, I hear the beat of my Bon Jovi...but it was too late, I wasn't going back. Headed to our cars and off we went.
Today, I am working at the help desk and then tomorrow and Friday I am training Theresa in the lobby. I am excited! Yay!
I miss my boys....I really do

Today I woke up pretty early to take Jessica to the airport. Awww sadness. I will see ya next week girly! Thumbs up to that.
Got home and hung with the roomie...he's not feeling so well though. <.frown>
Got ready for work and headed to the DRC. Trained some more today and then headed off to viewing. Not feeling so well today, but it will get better I hope.
I am watching the funniest video ever...random and funny. "Ugh...correction today is July 12th...2003 BABY" *giggle* "And I'm doin it cause I can" *giggle* Funny boys.
So today has been a bit rough...just thinking about memories...and how I can't go back...in lots of ways...and it sucks, but I have no control.
Also...got some info tonight that doesn't make me happy. Just when you think people are out for your best interest....they aren't. It sucks.
Anyways...so I am working again tomorrow same time, same place...shall be as uneventful & eventful in many different ways as it was today.

Weather: Crazy windy, but cool
Oh my goodness! What an *awesome* weekend. I am gonna warn you guys now...this is gonna be a LOOONNNNGGGG post! It was a crazy weekend, FULL of events so get ready for a very detailed recap.
It all started Friday when I get a call from Kevin saying he and Lisa are on their way to Epcot! Yay! I meet them there and we get started at the park! It was tons of fun! We rode Spaceship Earth (ran into Nick J) and Mission:Space (I rode with Lisa cause Kevin wimped out *giggle* for good reason and went on Test Track instead).
I left them to pick Jessica up at the airport and on our way to Magic Kingdom to get her in with Tye's pass, we ran into Kevin and Lisa on the monorail. "Carolyn!" *giggle* How was that for timing? So we go to MK. I went up to the window to find Tye and I see Bob Pattee. He is so fun! "Cowgirl!" *giggle* Finally, Tye came out and got us IN!
We went on Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain (which Jessica did *not* care for too much *grin*), then...came The Haunted Manison...on Halloween! YAY! Good idea Jessica! BUT...there is a story with this particular attraction.
So Jessica and I were a bit hungry, so we stopped at a popcorn stand to get some munchies...with popcorn in tote, we headed to the mansion. We are told to not bring the popcorn in the attraction, but to finish it before we actually enter inside. *okay* So, the boxes are pretty flimsy...so we folded them up anyways so that we wouldn't have to waste it. Well...stupid idea really...anyways we get inside the *room* and the little boy screamed "Let's get outta here!" so we go to get on the attraction and jump in our black "doom buggies" and the cast member working there was staring Jessica down and as we were about to go inside the attraction, the cast member went on the other side of our *ride* and screamed in Jessica's ear "what are *YOU* looking at. This scared the CRAP out of us...we screamed and my finger went in the bottom of my popcorn and the popcorn went EVERYWHERE...so I spent most of my time cleaning up my mess and eating up all the popcorn I could so not to get in trouble by the time we made it back to loading site. Whew...funny stuff.
After that...Aimee called Kevin and I answered..she thought that was weird...hee hee HEY Aimee! Hope the show was good times. Miss chatting with ya.
Then onto Space Mountain (saw Nick J AGAIN) & where we ran into Libby and friends! Yay! Good times to see her randomly. Hopped on Space Mountain, which I would like to take this moment to let everyone know NOT to ride Space Mountain in a skirt..let's just say the guys at the unloading dock had a nice site to see when I was getting off. *giggle* Very funny.
Went to see Mickey's PhilarMagic for the first time and everyone *loved* it. It was awesome and SO innovative. Although Jessica did get "spit" on again, but good times all around. I love the way they put the different movies in it...so good!
Then, we headed back to Epcot to enjoy the Food and Wine Festival and boy did we *enjoy* it. *giggle* We started in Mexico and got Fiesta Margaritas to enjoy while we headed to China and watched the kid gynmastics China-style. After that, we sped through dinner in China and headed out to the rest of the world of fun drinks.
We sped through South Africa to Germany to meet up with Kevin's bud Oliver and met Manual as well. They were cool! Went through Italy, America, Japan, and got to Morocco to have some wine...pretty darn good. Then onto France through the UK to come back to for major fun....Went past Canada to get Spain for Jessica and I got some Canadian Cheese Soup for us (cause it is the *best*) while Lisa and Kevin went to get some wine elsewhere...we met back up again for the UK to get "HarpS" *giggle* or Harp that is...and I got Stella. We all got Yards...it was fun! Then, headed on back to the Italy viewing area for fireworks. Good times. Ron was awesome and gave us pins. I adore him! Great evening at Epcot!
Headed on home to meet up with Amy Jo and Leslie to get ready for the evenings activities at Margaritaville. We were dressing up so we got all set to go and headed out. Kevin, Lisa, Amy JO, Leslie, Jessica, Amy Jo's friends, and Nick met us there! I adore Nick. It has been SO long since I had seen him. He came as Men in Black and looked stellar in his suit...came with a fake gun as well. Cutie pie!
We all danced the night away and hung out. There were some other costumed people there that night including a pig and a cow. Too funny! AJ was cool and laughing at us....ROGER! He rocked...so cute! Good times...Jessica got pretty toasted and was dancing with the pig and the cow and even kissed the cow...so funny!
Left Margaritaville extremely exhausted and satisfied. Good times! Walking back to our cars, Jessica was chatting with Kevin and Lisa while I was talking to Nick and I hear a CLUMP behind us. I turned around as I see Kevin and Lisa skipping ahead laughing. Jessica bit the DUST on the pavement hard core! I helped her up as I was laughing...(she was okay) and we just laughed all the way back. Funny stuff.
We all came back and crashed...woke up and the gals got ready to go to WEST PALM BEACH and Kevin and Lisa headed back to their places. It was a great day before all together!
NOW STARTS THE CRAZY ROAD TRIP! We take I-95 pretty much the whole way (avoiding the tolls as much as possible!). Look at the orange groves "Whores don't get second chances" *giggle* Jessica you cracked us up! Rockin to great music all the way...made it into WPB about fourish and started looking for a hotel. We got into Getto-ville and as Amy Jo started freaking out...we finally high-tailed it outta there and found a decent Days Inn by the ocean and hooked up it there.
We were kinda hungry so we thought of ordering a pizza...Amy Jo tried calling Papa Johns but after asking about "the specials" they hung up on her. Nice! So...called Dominos...cool...yea almost two hours later...knock on the door. The guy was nice I guess...but a little shady.
About five minutes later we get a call. I was closest to the phone so I pick it up "hello...hello...sorry, can't hear you" no sound...another ring about five minutes after that. Again "hello.." then I kinda played with the cord...and I hear "hey...this is dominos...you get the right pizza." umm I respond "yep, thanks..it's very good" and he proceeds with "hey, you girls got any boyfriends..." HA! yep..yep we do...and he goes "so I can't be a friend friend?" *giggle* "nope, but thanks...and we will call you if we need anymore pizza" *grin* FUNNY TIMES!
We got ready and headed on down to THE KELSEY CLUB! Yea...random. Black outfits from head to toe, chains and hardly anyone dressed up for a *halloween* show...so we stood out a bit needless to say, but we looked hot and got TONS of compliments so we were not regretting at all...well except for Jessica maybe a little bit...cone boobs stand out a bit more than hot pink or a cowboy hat. *giggle*
So...the first two bands were hard rock/heavy metal in my opinion and not my favorite style of music because of what I am about to tell ya. We spent most of the beginning of the night watching behind us at the crazy mosh pit going on with the stupid idiots that attended the show...there were fights about to go on...we did even witness a crazy girl fight...hair being pulled hard core...not cool. There were two really cool guys though right behind us watching out for us, but Amy Jo's skirt got pulled down a bit from the one and only "Arizona", the tool that tried to convince us to hang with him and his buddies at the "titty bar" after the show. What a MORON! We told him to take a hike and to GET off after bumping into us so much.
So...all these twelve-year-olds were at the show to see a band called "One" and they were all stationed in the front couple of rows closest to the stage, so when The Curve came on, we were trying to get as close as possible. Now, don't get me wrong, I respect the fact that these kids really wanted to see ONE and wanted to be close, but they didn't even know who The Curve was and they were standing in MY WAY! *grrr* NOT pleased with them, but it was an awesome show. It rocked!
Mikey rocked out all my favorites and added a few new ones that I am still learning and LOVING! My favorite part of the evening? Well I have several actually...the ones that reign highest are when 1)He notices my cowboy hat and points his at mine. Aww..cute! 2)He sings Freak Baby to open the show and smiles at my shirt ("FREAK BABY") 3)Mixes Picture with With or Without You and dedicates it to his momma. 4)Sings Problem and giggles along with me at the "I got a problem with MYSELF and you could be the one to help me solve it...YEA!" *giggle, giggle, giggle* YEA! Good times!
After the show, two other bands went on...I enjoyed M-Pulse..they were pretty good, but by the time they went on, all the twelve-year-old's had their curfew so had to head on home, so they didn't have much of a crowd. Ah!
Met some really cool people...a guy who used to play for the "HOOK EM HORNS" University of Texas (So nice! Listen to The Curve man!), a guy named Juan who wanted me to "review" his band (The Brand) and get back to him on it...okay! (I am listening to it now...pretty good!), the dude from the first band tried to steal my hat...not cool! *giggle* Bad hair night. *g* Saw the girl I met at the Hard Rock show who is a student of Mikey's...she's so cute! Said hey to her. Good times seeing familiar faces.
Phil came out with the free demos, saw us and freaked. He's so cute! Got a wet and sweaty hug & kiss AND a free CD. Gotta love those! He fell in love with touching Jessica's cones...as MANY boys and girls did last night. *giggle* Even Jessica herself. Good times!
Mikey came out and said hey. He said my cowboy hat was better than his...*giggle* wanna switch? He's so cute! So he was talking to a fan while I was talking to Phil and he said something about "yea, FYC couldn't make it on this date but Kevin knew a bit about it, but I know this girl (and pointed at me) has probably talked to him currently about it" Random. I was just like..umm okay. Kinda would have been odd with FYC there...it was a hard rock/metal crowd...and The Curve almost didn't even fit, but it worked well..it might have been better off working out this way and maybe a show with hmm...say...I don't know...BIG SKY or hmm...The Rising...along with FYC and The Curve..now that would fit! *grin*
So..Bobby was funny...and I say that as nicely as I can. He was acting like a drunkin tool. "So Amy, wanna go backstage?" umm can I bring my friends "whatever...wanna just come backstage?" so we go...and yea security comes running after us AND Bobby and they are like "where are you going?" and Bobby goes "I don't know where these girls are going...I'm just going backstage" HA! Loser..I just laughed...I could only laugh! So funny!
So then he comes over a bit later and says, "wanna come backstage.. and we got an after party at the Hampton Inn....you guys gotta come...just follow me." whatever...we are not here for your drunkin butt.
Jessica gave Phil her cone boobs and he put them on...so cute! I adore him. Davy Jones (aka Alex) came up and said he liked my shirt and asked if I made it. "Yea, I am crafty" aww..he's cute sometimes! But I am still biased. Can't be helped..I live in the past.
After the show...we headed back to the Days Inn. We ran into a security guard who started randomly talking to us about stuff and asked what we were up to that night...we said we had just come back from a show..and he got all interested. He was in a band called THE ZOO who won some cover band award from MTV...coolness. He was nice. Anyways we caught some shut eye..woke up to have breakfast for $2.99 ROCK ON! Then headed to the beach!
Some random lady came up and started chatting with us. Really nice "Jersey" woman. Very random, but nice convo..have it all on tape. Good times! We were heading back after spending some time hangin on the WINDY beach and I then BIT the dust in the sand...good times. There was like a clift and I could not get past it and I slipped through the sand...oh it was funny!
Rode home listening to The Curve's new demo, enjoying it HIGHLY and rockin out to our favorite local bands! Such a happy weekend! I really needed this...may not have been a relaxing time persay, but it rocked my world and will keep me going until my next adventure in my band-land!
Sorry that was SUCH a long post, but I just like to remember every detail for later explanations! Good times were had this weekend and as I write this Jessica is crashed on the floor A-SLEEP and my eyes are dragging..but I am listeing to The Curve's live version of "Picture" where they incorporated "With or Without You" and dedicated it to Mikey's mom...I hope she is feeling better soon my friend! It was a great show!
Tomorrow our weekend offically ends, Jessica goes back to Atlanta and I go back to work. Next weekend is my next days off and I am headed to Atlanta to attend a wedding. Shall be busy times no doubt! If I left anything out..I am sure I will add to it later or Amy Jo will have it on hers very soon! Later!
