Members: Tseng Elena Rude Reno

The Turks are the ruthless organization headed by Shinra. They do all of Shinra's dirty work: spying, murder, abduction. Their main function is to deal with problems and situations which may threaten the welfare of Shinra that cannot be solved with mundane circumstances. Their current assignment is to locate and destroy the rebel group AVALANCHE that opposes the Shinra Corporation, and to apprehend Sephiroth.

Tseng is the leader of the Turks, although he is only assigned to important missions. He trusts the other members of the Turks and is trusted by Shinra. He secretly likes Aeris, who he has been chasing for most of Aeris' life.

Elena always follows orders and is very responsible. Somewhat inexperienced and serious, she has problems with Rude and Reno's lax attitude. Her eagerness to get the job has gotten her into trouble in the past. She always does what Tseng wants her to, not only because he is her commander, but because she is in love with him.

Rude is both a sniper and a heavy drinker. Tall, bald and quiet, he is very dedicated to the Turks and he is always concerned with the well being of the other members of the Turks.

Reno is fun loving and enjoys gossiping about subjects such as romance. The opposite of Rude, he is short and very talkative, although Rude and Reno work together well. There is no better team than Rude and Reno, but off the job they can be found relaxing and drinking in a bar. He may not appear very dedicated but in reality Reno can be as serious as the other members of the Turks.

Together, this team is a formidable foe, and have been both a hinderance and a help for Cloud and the rest of the party.
