This site is for Sailor Pluto/Meiou Setsuna. She is the oldest of the Senshi, and the keeper of Time. In the future, she is Chibi Usa's only friend.
If you have ever seen Chibi Usa's Luna P, Sailor Pluto is the one you hear speaking over it. Chibi Usa stole Setsuna's time key so she could go into the future to get Sailor Moon's crystal. In the manga, Sailor Pluto is over 900 years old, where as in the anime she is in her 30's. She was the only one who didn't die in the battle on the Moon. Thus she was not reincarnated back on Earth. Setsuna gaurds the gates of time all by herself. She handles it like no other Senshi would be able to, and tries hard to fight back her lonliness...
Setsuna helped raise little Hotaru along with Michiru and Haruka. She was responsible for the education and discipline of the child. Sailor Pluto is very loyal to Chibi-Usa, and went to great lengths to prove their friendship in the manga. When Chibi-Usa was transformed into Black Lady and about to give the orb Neo Queen Serenity was being kept in to the Wise Man, Sailor Pluto used her forbidden attack Time Stop to save Neo-Queen Serenity and Small Lady. After Setsuna died, Chibi-Usa realized how much she was loved, and transformed back into her normal self. However, the story differs slightly in the anime... Sailor Pluto's talisman is the Orb that sits on top of her staff. She, like her partners Haruka and Michiru, uses it in battle.
Setsuna is also not only devoted to her Moon Princess, but also to Sailor Uranus and Neptune. She follows Sailor U's leadership in finding the talismen, and does not leave her and Neptune's side, not even to fight along side with the Inner Senshi. In the Sailor Moon S series, Sailor Pluto was the first of the Outer Senshi to die. While flying towards Eudial's temple, their helicopter was attacted and about to be destroyed... however, to save the lives of her friends, Pluto used her forbidden attack to stop time just as the helicopter was about to explode, and transported the others into the temple. Unfortunately, she was not able to save herself, and was inside the helicopter as it exploded.
