Sailor Jupiter is the soldier of lightning. Some people consider her the senshi of Earth as well since some of her attacks are Earth-based... but Mamoru, a.k.a, Prince Endymion represents the Earth. That's why there is no Sailor Earth in the first place. The reason why she has her attack "Jupiter Oak Evolution" where she throws oak leaves is because the oak leaf is the emblem of thunder, not because her element is also Earth.

Makoto has been living out on her own since her parents died. She's learned to fend for herself, and that's why she comes off as kind of a tough bully at first. She loves to cook, especailly for her friends, and you can kind of consider her as a mothering type to the other Senshi. She dreams of becoming a good wife and hopes to own her own bakery or flower shop.

Mako-Chan often worries about not being lady-like enough. She is the tallest girl in her school. Infact, she is so tall that they didn't have a uniform big enough fo her to wear. That's why Makoto has to wear her uniform from her old school. Even though dominant, strong, and tough, she just as guy crazy as the other girls.

There isn't anything to not love about Sailor Jupiter. Her attacks and transformations are amazing, and powerful. Secretly in the manga, Mako-chan dreams of being as beautiful as Michiru and as strong as Haruka... She doesn't seem to realize how strong and how lovely she already is. Makoto has a strong sense of insecurity about her.
