Times:- Mondays and Wednesdays: Junior Classes - Beginners to Orange Belts - 17h00 to 18h00 Junior Classes - Green Belts and above - Same as above Tuesdays and Thursdays: Senior Classes - Beginners to Blue Belts - 17h30 to 18h30 Senior Classes - Purple and above - Same as above |

Karate is
based on hard and regular training. With sessions usually lasting a minimum
of 1 hour for seniors. Once
a level of competency have been achieved a grading will be held to test the
knowledge you have attained, that will enable you to advance to the next grade,
belt/stripe for juniors and a coloured belt for seniors. Training
