      The aim of Karate is:
      1. Develope self confidence and personal fitness.
      2. To harminize mind and body
      3. To promote friendship amongst the students
      4. To foster the true spirit of peace and humility through
          the martial art of KARATE.

Karate is the ultimate art of unarmed combat as well as being a superb system of achieving physical fitness and control. It provides an unequalled form of gaining supreme control of the body and a sharp discipline of the mind. Although it involves many hours of practice, karate will provide you with the means to health, suppleness and agility of mind.
Karate simultaneously develops all the powers of your body and your mind. It strengthens and train your hands, head, knees, feet and elbows so that they can be used as powerful weapons, capable of delivering effective blows in situations in which you may need to defend yourself.

What actually distinguishes karate from other team sports is that it completely depends on an individual's skill level.
The benefits of karate is not just about fighting. It improves other areas of our lives as well.
Karate is about discipline, concentration and about becoming a complete and humble person.

Your activities at home, school and in the community all influence your mental and physical growth. Most teachers agree that a sport or hobby which gives you a chance to think and to focus your physical skills is good for you. Karate has far reaching and positive effects on all it's participants and apart from keeping fit and learning to defend yourself , it improves both mental and physical capabilities as well as improving concentration levels, discipline, respect, co-ordination and learning deficiencies, resulting in boosted confidence levels and allowing the student to grow and achieve in other aspects of their lives. Karate is being prescribed by many therapists for children with concentration and co-ordination deficiencies.

In addition to improved physical fitness, you will be able to think and perform better in school and in all other activities in which you are involved. Most importantly you will learn self-discipline and responsibility and how to control your anger and fear. Self esteem, is how you value or feel about your self. Successful athletes, scholars and winners of all types have positive self-esteem, learning karate is an excellent way to gain self esteem.
