Background: Involved in many illegal activities, which have given him a bad name in Riverside. His wife left him many years before, so he was left in charge of raising their daughter, Reenie. Usually, Reenie was sent to different boarding schools; Nick also made sure she never knew about his illegal activities. He was a good friend of Johnny Ryan because he helped Johnny operate Ryan's in its infancy; however, he lost the trust of Johnny when he tried to blackmail Frank into being his puppet on the city council.

Nick with Delia Ryan and his secretary, Shirley Exit: Left in June to take Reenie to Las Vegas after finding out she was part of an illegal 'grass' operation. After sending Reenie to a fine European school, he returned to Riverside; however, he was only seen once after returning.

Occupation: Director of funeral home. Secretly ran an illegal gambling opperation. Owned Gilcrest Manor, a nursing home which neglected its patients.

Medical History: Hospitalized due to back problems. While there, he was nearly killed by a nurse who gave him the wrong medication.
