Brisbane

We spent Christmas in Brisbane with Zimbabwean friends who had emigrated to Australia earlier in the year. This was a nice rest for us and we didn't do many "touristy" things. These are some Web sites about Brisbane:

We did go to Mount Coot-tha, which has a good view of the city, and we spent a nice Christmas Eve down by the river at the South Bank, where there were plenty of Christmas carols and fireworks.
