This tutorial will teach you how to make your own DVD Multiregion boot disc for your Playstation 2. This DVD Multiregion boot disc will work successfully if you have your Playstation 2 modified with a modification chip, although it is said it will also work without a modchip.

[Burning]
Before we start, you need to download the neccessary boot files created by Channel Technology. There are 2 files available; for PS2 PAL, PS2 JAP/NTSC and PS2 USA/NTSC. Please note that these file are not warez and it has nothing to do with Datel, the creator of DVD Region X. This files is completely free and fully legal provided by Channel Technolgy.

[With Modchip]
After downloading the files, you can use CloneCD or CDRWin burning softwares to burn the Free DVD Multiregion Unlock disc. Firstly you must extract the .BIN from your defined Region folder and put it to same folder with .CUE file. Basically it is the same procedures as burning CD-R backup games. Do not forget to test the burning first, therefore it is safer.

[Without Modchip]
Same procedure as above, but the file (system.cnf) is moved to LBA12231.

[Usage Instruction]
Remember, you have to load the same way as if you are loading a game using a modchip (use AR2/GS2, etc). When the insert disk screen pops up, place your DVD (any region) title in. Also patches green screen protection, so you can view films via scart lead. Your movie will play.
