Part weeks, or weeks which cross two differently priced periods, are charged on a daily basis. There is a minimum charge of seven nights during the mid and high seasons, and three nights during the rest of the year. End-of-stay cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm booking (by bank transfer). Full payment is required no later than three months prior to stay, or deposit will be forfeited and apartment will be re-let. A fully refundable security deposit of �200 is required with the final payment and will be returned no later than two weeks after the end of your stay.
