Trump sees QT's winning ways and tells new Apprentice, "You're fired!"

It was only a three-day stint in the Trump organization for "The Apprentice 2" winner Kelly Perdew, who was canned by The Donald on Sunday in a surprise announcement.  The $250,000 position was offered instead to Sunday Football Picks leader QT Pie, who has been dominating her competition over the past several weeks in northeastern Illinois.

"I had to make the move, it was a no-brainer," Trump said.  "It's true I like beautiful women, but more importantly I desire highly successful people like myself.  QT's a friend of mine, and her feistiness will fit perfectly with my aggressive organization.  She's bitch-slapping the men in her football league, and you've got to love that."

Kelly was hired by Mr. Trump last Thursday during the live finale of the billionaire's mega-hit television show.  But The Donald didn't hesitate to make a sudden employment change when he caught wind of QT's powerful play in the Picks.  Her unbeatable 8-4 record in Week 15 maintained her five-game lead over Mark with just two weeks to go in the 2004 NFL season.  She's on track for her third career championship.

"I am the best and I want the best working for me," Trump said.  "I'm by far the biggest developer in New York City, and at this point I probably own most of the world.  I'm huge.  I think I even own those pants you're wearing."

QT admitted she hasn't decided if she'll accept Trump's generous offer.  Sources close to the negotiations say the 39-year-old Assistant Director of Community Relations is holding out for a special development to oversee.  While Kelly chose between projects in New York City and Las Vegas, QT wants to manage the construction of 10 new Starbucks cafes in Lombard and Addison.  It is unclear whether that demand can be met by Mr. Trump.

"I don't even own the Starbucks company, but give me a couple of days because I'm working on it," The Donald said.  "Money talks, and I'm sure they'll listen.  After all, they're friends of mine, so I'm confident we'll hammer out a lucrative agreement."

But what if Mark strings together a bunch of victories in the final 28 Sunday games and overtakes QT to defend his 2003 Picks title?  Will Trump be swayed into hiring the 37-year-old Beast killer and FBI informant?

"It's very likely because Mark is also a good friend of mine," Trump said.  "Who do you think is financing his spectacular new Trump Insurance Tower opening this spring?  It will redefine the Oswego skyline.  Oops, I think that was a secret.  But anyway, he might as well work directly for me since I'm backing his career advancement.  It's probably a better scenario than building all those Starbucks stores.  Nobody needs that much coffee."
