The only excusable moments come from the flowing amount of breasts the movie offers..but thats enough John! The plot is: obsessed fan of a scream queen kills people to get closer to her..blah blah blah..just stay away!
Scary Movie~****
Hilarious spoof of Scream and many other popular movies. Anna Faris plays Cindy Campbell who is being stalked along with her friends by a bumbling killer, does it have something to do with the man they killed last Halloween? Great cast and movie that faithfully follows scene by scene of Scream but adding Wayan's brother style comedy with some of the grossest scenes you will ever see!
School's Out~***1/2
Above average import slasher film released by Fangoria about a group of college kids going into their school after dark to set up a prank but end up being killed off by a murderous stalker in a Harlequin costume. Better than a lot of the US slashers that have come out recently.

Sidney is now in college with a new boyfriend and friends when a killer shows up again to terrorize her.
Scream 3~***1/2
Whenever murders start happening on the set of Stab 3, Sidney is brought out of hiding and brought to Hollywood to try and aid the police in capturing the killer. Just like the other Scream films this is a really good slasher film which brings back all your favorite characters plus some new good ones including some great cameos (Jamie Kennedy, Carrie Fisher, Jay and Silent Bob). All in all it's not as good as the original but it is better than the 2nd.

Note to anyone reading this: On September 24th...get your ass to your local movie theater and plop down the ridiculous ticket price and see this Fucking Hilarious and wonderful movie! Shaun of the Dead is easily one of the best Horror-Comedies EVER. The humor is very British but that doesn't mean us Americans will find it any less hilarious, i know i didnt. The movie revolves around Shaun who along with his drug-dealing friend Ed are drifting through life, one beer at a time, spending most of their time at the local pub. Shaun's girlfriend decides she wants more and breaks up with Shaun. Poor guy...not only does he have to win back his girlfriend.. but the same day of his break-up, the recently deceased begin the roam the earth. Hilarity ensues as Shaun, his buddy Ed, his Ex, her flat-mates, and Shaun's mum hold up in their favorite pub, with the legions of the undead knocking outside. Run, don't walk...to see this movie when it's released. Hilarious scene after hilarious scene with one of the best involving a tune by Queen. Long live Shaun of the Dead!

What starts off as a creepy and well done movie about siamese twins (one of them is normal, the other is murderous), soon takes off in all different directions and just becomes confusing and boring. Despite it's bad qualities, director Brian DePalma does a great job with directing the film.

Boring run-of-the-mill movie in which some college students are trapped in a secret gov't building with a giant spider as well as the evil gov't officials after them. Bad fx and no sympathetic characters make this one hard to watch.
Spontaneeous Combustion~***
A rarely seen and often confusing Tobe Hooper film. It stars the great Brad Dourif as the orphaned son of 2 test subjects of the Atom Bomb. He begins to break down and finds flames shooting out of his body, killing the people around him. Great fx but it doesnt do a very good job of keeping your attention for the entire hour and a half. Brad Dourif does a great job playing the character, but overall, the film is yet another misfire from Hooper.

Dissapointing Argento flick. Asia Argento is a police woman who was assaulted and raped by a serial killer/rapist. She goes to visit her family in fear that he will return for her. When he does, he uses her weaknesses and the rare disease she has, the Standhal Syndrome to get to her. Asia is very sexy and a very good actress in this.

After recieving a rosary from her mother, Frankie Page starts recieving the wounds of the Stigmata. A preist (Gabriel Byrne) is sent to investigate what is exactly happening to her and must protect her when the Vatican church wants to "silence" her. I was expecting a lot more from this film but it ends up as a rather crappy movie. The opening credit sequence is very well done though.

Another Troma film. A vampire rock band is killed off by Van Helsing's daughter but after the lead vampire bites her, he finds out that he has gotten AIDS from drinking her blood. Humorous and very odd movie.
Summer of Sam~***
Not really a horror flick but since it has to do with the murders of David Berkowitz i figured i'd review it. I've never been a big fan of "Spike Lee Joints" but this movie is actually pretty damn good. It is stylishly directed and has great performances especially from Adrien Brody who plays a punk who comes back to his hometown in the summer of the Son of Sam killings and isnt greeted too nicely by his old friends who dont like his new appearance so they begin to suspect that he is the Son of Sam.
Supernova~***
Confused film about a rag tag group of space travelers who answer a distress signal but soon find themselves in danger when their new arrival starts mutating and killing them off. Although the film is not as bad as it's reputation seems, you can tell that so much footage is missing and one hopes to someday see the extra footage. If nothing else, watch it for Robin Tunney's sex scenes.
Suspiria~****
An american girl goes off to proffesional dance school. After a few mysterious murders and hearing strange noises at night, the girl begins to realize that the teachers are actually a coven of witches. A very stylish and excellently made movie by Dario Argento. This movie features some of the best filmed death scenes in movie history.
