| Boot Programs |
| This is a diagram of what most boot programs look like. |
| A typical boot program like this can be loaded with up to 1,000 bot |
| names. (see diagram below of bot name list) |
| The booter can be in the chat room using his/her normal name for |
| chat and be running a boot program similar to this to boot individuals |
| from the room. Placing the user on ignore in the chat room will not |
| stop you from being booted the names you need to place on ignore are |
| the ones used in the boot program for sending the pm or invite bombs. |
| The booter will very rarely boot using their normal chat name. |
| When you receive the pm boots or invite bombs open your Ytunnel |
| stored messages or activity logger and ignore as many of these as |
| possible. If the booter is using one name like in the below image of |
| bot names with number extensions use the wildcard feature in the |
| Super iggy bin to ignore anyone with that text in their name. |
| Some boot programs if loaded while the user is in a chat room will load |
| the bot names into the chatters list if you see these sort of names enter |
| a room ignore as many as possible immediately or use a wildcard |
| ignore before the names disappear from the chatters list. |
| Bot Names |
| This is an example of bot names entered into a boot program. |
| These are the names used to send out the boots or invite bombs and |
| the names you have to be able to ignore to prevent being booted. |
| As I mentioned before ignoring the actual user in the room is to no |
| advantage unless this person is either using their chat id to boot users |
| or using room boots. Room boots now are not very often seen and |
| when used the booter is ignored for booting by Ytunnel before the |
| boot can actually effect people using Ytunnel for boot protection. |
| Most booters prefer not to be known so they boot secretly using |
| pm or invite bombs. |
| The term Bomb is used to describe how the bootcodes are sent. |
| The boot program sends out a pm or invite to your account every few |
| seconds from each bot name used to login to it with, 1,000 bot names |
| will mean you are being bombed by 1,000 private messages or invites |
| approximately every 5 seconds this results in your yahoo messenger |
| disconnecting from the server because of the amount of packets being sent to |
| your account. The connection to you from the yahoo server is unable to |
| transfer this amount of data and subsequently disconnects you. |

| This will give you an idea of how a booter sets up his desktop. |
| He/she will login to yahoo using thier normal name as seen here and login to |
| the boot program they have loaded with the bot names they are using as in |
| above. The only name you see in the chatters list is the normal one they always |
| use. This person could be anyone in the room being a old regular unsuspected |
| or someone new to the room. Placing this person on ignore in the room will |
| not prevent them from running the boot program and booting people from the |
| room or even from messenger if the person isn't in the room. I mentioned |
| earlier how easy it is to find out if someone is online even if they are not on |
| your friends list. The booter finds out if you are there then loads the boot |
| program with the bot names puts your name in as victim and sends the boots |
| out, when he has succeeded in booting you the boot program will give a invalid |
| login message meaning you are no longer logged in. |
