CSI For The Sims 2 investigates game play enhancements, improvements, and programs for The Sims 2. This is a list of game play enhancements and improvements that made our game more enjoyable. The programs listed are useful programs in helping you get the most out of the Sims 2. The list is compiled from mods that work with the Free Time expansion pack. There may be other version available at the creators site. A word of caution, while we did not have any problems with these mods, there is always a chance that you could encounter a problem yourself.

Programs
There are many programs available for the Sims 2, and listed below are a few program useful in working with the sims 2. CEP is a must have if you are going to have custom content in your game and Sims 2 Hack Conflict Detection Utility can save a lot of time finding hack conflicts or even finds a hack to remove it out of your game. If you download contents off the exchange you might want to have Sim2Pack Cleaner Installer so you know what files you are installing such as time you might want that shirt but do not want the makeup that accompanies the shirt.
CEP
Color Enabler Program required for use of custom content or recolors in your game.
SimPe
A editor program highly used by the modding community. Also includes a scanner plug-in for finding corrupt, large based geometry meshes, and file duplicates to assist you in maintaing your download folder.
Sims 2 Hack Conflict Detection Utility
A program for scanning your hacks and finding conflict hacks that might comprise game play.
Sims 2 Categorizer
A program for categorizing you sims objects and viewer for custom objects.
Sims2Pack Clean Installer v1.5.1.4
Program installs Sim2Pack files with the option of allowing you to choose what you want to install. Also allows you to view files and enable and disable them. Provides information on files and allows you to move files to different categories.
