Garlic
Shrimp
6 Cloves Garlic Finely
Chopped 1 Tbs
Chopped Parsley
1 Lb Shrimp Peeled & De-veined
1 Tbs Butter
½ Cup
Mayonnaise
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Salt to
Taste
5-8 Drops Bottles Hot Sauce
Prepare Sauce at least ½ hour prior to
serving. Add hot sauce to mayonnaise a little at a time, tasting constantly
until achieving desired spiciness. Refrigerate for at least ½ hour. Heat butter
and olive oil in skillet. Add garlic, salt and parsley stirring constantly. When
garlic begins to brown, add shrimp and continue to stir constantly until all
pieces of shrimp have turned pink. Serve immediately. Shrimp to be dipped in
sauce mixture.
