Mexican Recipes
by Annette Avila

Mexico offers a large variety of flavors in its cooking styles and they aren't necessarily hot and spicy. In this collection of Mexican recipes I allow you to decide the intensity of "fire" that you would like in your meal preparation. In other words, you can make it as mild or hot as you like.

The diversity of the gourmet Mexican cuisine only allows me to offer you the "tip of the chile pepper" so to speak. Some recipes are very easy and require little or no culinary skills, while others may require more expertise or time. Please read the recipes carefully before you start, to make sure you have the time and/or patience to continue. I will constantly be adding new recipes to this cyber cookbook and invite you to post you recipes on this site.

If you are anything like me, you will never want to eat in a Mexican Restaurant again after you have tried a home made Mexican meal. I wish you "bon appetit" or should I say "Buen Provecho."
