2. The Starting Rosters

Each week, the franchise owners must select a starting roster. The starting players are the only team players which receive full points for their performance. The procedure is as follows:

  a. Procedure

For each weeks action, the franchise owners must choose a starting roster to represent the franchise during head to head competition for that week. A franchises roster must be set through the Official Website before the NFL games that week.

CBS allows team rosters to be changed until NOON on the day that NFL action begins e.g., for weeks with action beginning Sunday, rosters must be set by Noon on Sunday, for weeks with action beginning on Thursday, rosters must be set by Noon on Sunday, and so on.

  b. Starting Positions

A starting roster is selected amongst the total roster players. It is at this point that any reserve players a team might have can be activated to either the starting roster, or placed on the bench (reserved). The franchise owners must select the following starting position player roster for each weeks action:

1 Quarterback
2 Running Backs (including fullbacks)
1 Flex position (may be any position)
4 Wide Receivers (including tight ends)
2 Place Kickers
2 NFL Team Defense/Special Teams
