DROP/ADD TIMING
To be effective for a given week, drops HAVE to be submitted to the Commissioner by 4 pm on Friday (obviously, unless there is a Thursday game and then you can have them to me when rosters go out). The time that you make your drop for the purposes of which team gets the player first is determined by EITHER the time you EMAIL me, or the time you ADD the player (which sends a request for approval to me) on CBS�.whichever is EARLIER.

DROP ADDING FOR THE NEXT WEEK DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL NOON ON SUNDAY, AFTER ROSTERS FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK ARE IN!!!
