I. MANAGEMENT OF THE LEAGUE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The Commissioner

For the purpose of uniformity, all questions regarding these rules and regulations should be directed at the leagues Commissioner, Shawn Smith. The Commissioners contact information is as follows:

Home Phone: (717) 576-2714

Private E-mail: [email protected]
Work E-mail:   [email protected]

The Commissioner will provide the leagues website (see "I(3)" below) with updated statistics for the leagues franchises and a list of league transactions, in addtion to those functions noted below.

2. The Leagues Official Website

All information regarding the league, franchise rosters, franchise statistics, owner information, and league transactions can be found on the leagues website at www.cbs.sportsline.com.  A private league website will be set up which must be joined by each owner.  Each franchise owner will have access to the website through their own teams page.  All drop/adding, trade requests and statistics are accessed through this site.

Please Note: All information that is posted on the leagues website is deemed to be notice to the franchise owners of any changes, transactions, or team rosters. It is the responsibility of each franchise owner to check the official website for any league information which becomes available.

3. Offical Statistics

CBS is the official statistical guide of the league and is the final authority on all statistical information. Any and all disputes regarding statistical information throughout the season and at the seasons end will be resolved only through the use of CBS.SPORTSLINE.COM.

4. Effective Date Of Transactions

All transactions must be approved by the Commissioner. The standard of such approval is quite lenient and is only to prevent fraud, as only the individual team owners can choose what is best for their team.

As will be noted specifically below (see "III(2)(d) and (3)(b)" below), a transaction is effective upon the date that said transaction is approved by the Commissioner. The posting of such transaction on the website is solely the date of notice to the league owners, and not the date of effectiveness.

The exact time of approval is measured by the time where the initial contact to the Commissioner is made, assuming that the requested transaction is given approval. There is no advantage given to the method of contact - for example, calling as opposed to e-mailing. Thus, an e-mail sent to the Commissioner at 6 a.m. Monday, but not viewed until Tuesday, is considered earlier than a phone call placed at 12 p.m. on Monday.

5.  General Information On The League

This league is a keeper league, with the rules being explained below. A franchise may keep up to two (2) players from their previous years roster as indicated below.
