The room of Spirit and TIme or the Hyperbolic Time Chamber is a room perched upon Kami's lookout. Goku, Gohan, Tien, Yamcha, Krillin, Vegeta and Trunks trained in it.
It is a room that has no time concept. A warrior can trian in their for one year, and basically live there, but only one day passes in the realm which we live in. It was used before Cell arrived. It seems that the warriors don't even seem to age when in the chamber.
Sadly, Buu destroyed it when he got onto Kami's lookout.
Inside is a plain that never ends, it extends "as far as the eye can see". Gohan trained and became SSJ for the first time in the room.
In addition, there is a bath and bedroom for resting.
All in all, this room was a great sset in the series. The fighters were able to train in a short ammount of time and increase their power immensly.
