During the three branches of DB, the Z fighters encountered many dragons, some good, and some evil, each with different limitations (go to the Dragonball section for details). In

In DB only one dragon appeared, that of the earth Dragonballs. Shenron.

In DBZ, Shenron was used commonly, but the Z Fighters heard of the original Dragonballs on the planet Namek. There was an all poerful dragon called Porunga, who could grant three wishes at a time, as many times as the wisher wanted.

In DBGT, Goku encountered the Evil Shenrons of the Blackstar Dragonballs. One within each Dragonball. The following gives a short overview of each dragon:

1 STAR DRAGONBALL: Li Shenron
Strongest of all the evil Shenrons, he fused with the Dragonballs but Goku killed him with a very powerful Genki-Dama.

2 STAR DRAGONBALL: Ryan Shenron
This Dragon's specialty is using water, well actually, polutted water. Was born when Bora was wished back to life, and as usual, killed by Goku.

3 STAR DRAGONBALL: San Shenron
This Dragons uses ice to its advantage. Is the older brother of Suu Shenron (4 Star Dragonball, see below)

4 STAR DRAGONBALL: Suh Shenron
This Dragon also has an element of power, fire, or heat.

5 STAR DRAGONBALL: Uh Shenron
Absorbs electricity to become larger and stronger.

6 STAR DRAGONBALL: Ryuu Shenron
Uses the element of the hurricane. Was born wan Oolang wished for some panties.

7 STAR DRAGONBALL: Chii Shenron
Uses negative energy (like that that surrounds those who are taken under the control of Babadi) to become stronger.
