| Infinite, Eternity, Forever In a moment in time... writing this as the day enlivens, bright sunlight without warmth... I am sleep thickened... sleep that found me late and held me deep and long untroubled this once by dreams.... Sleep that echoes sensuality... Waking.... wanting... I explore and walk... each day a different path and wherever my daily walk takes me seems to uncover yet another treasure of life; it uncovers the strand of a different future. The regularity of my walking, the rhythm of my steps, are condusive to my thinking. You. I think here of you. Transit Times....workward bound. Somewhere I have heard that echo before.... and walked this way. The morning opens bright and light around me..... and I head into speeding, haste and flurry; one leg of my daily journey flowing into the next. Today it is not so cold. I think of you as I head into my days.... You...... I carry memories of our moments like talismen against the darkness... wanting your touch... wanting YOU.. Startlingly aware of wanting. Almost ready to leave.... collecting thoughts... the workaday lists already beginning in my mind...in my head.. a litany of wants and needs, none of them central.... to me.... You occupy a large part of me... and I wonder if you know or even care... |
