i just know that rosemary is going to love the new color scheme, being that it is all autumn-y and shit. she says that her favorite season is autumn. i giggle because i have never heard anyone call it autumn before. she says it sounds better than "fall".

i agree.

i'm starting to think that it is my favorite season, too. maybe that will change if we ever falll out of love (a funny way of putting it, like falling out of bed. hmm.). i do like the weather, but i may prefer spring still, because the weather is similar but also feels like baseball season.

that's something i really miss. baseball. not just as a spectator or even a pick-up sport. as a get a new uniform, ride your bike to practice, try-to-hit-a-ball-from-that-godawful-pitching-machine sport. i think that me and some of my pals from phi mu alpha are going to try to find a friendly old fart (read: high school graduates who already have back pains) league to join this year.

i just want a new uniform to wear, finally.

so i got kinda freaked out today because some dude who signed the guestbook is deciding to play the "guess who i am" game. i kinda got freaked when i realized that eh could have found out all sorts of stuff about me just from the stuff i put up here. it distracted me from doing my paper (not because it freaked me out, but just because of the time spent writing back and forth on IM to him), which is part of the reason why I am updating. so i guess we can all thank him. :-)

i think that i am gonna keep this color scheme for november even though i usually change every month.

oh, you are probably wondering why it took me so damned long to update. well, i don't know. for some reason i really find that doing this stuff on the web (using the geocities html thingie) is really annoying. prolly cuz my comp's response time, even with ethernet, is so slow. but now i figured out hwo to use homesite and ftp to do this stuff so i'm back in black and better than ezra. er somethin'.

it was never a lack of desire that kept me from updating. just a plethora of other distractions, from a sweet girl (rosemary, my love), to life decisions (grad school? to jester, or not to jester?) to just plain getting hooked on NCAA Football 1999 on the playstation again. whatever the reason for my absence, i'm back now.

well, i need to sleep. i am ten minutes over my self imposed bedtime. and i need to get up and work on the aforementioned paper tomorrow morning, so i bid thee adieu.

oh, sugar (the band) rules.
