Sailor Venus first appeared in episode 29, "Sailor V Makes The Scene". Minako has the most open personality. She can be friendly to everyone and will show genuine concern for the spiritual well-being of everyone else, especially Usagi. She has no enemies, however, that doesn't mean she can't do her own share in combat. In order to help make friends, she often tries to use the playful approach in becoming friendly.
Minako can be extremely boy crazy like any normal teenager, but she also takes her duties as a Sailor Senshi very seriously. She is the leader of the Inner Senshi and is sworn to protect Princess Serenity, as are the others. In the manga, she pretended to be the Moon Princess for a time so that Usagi could be kept safe until her memories were fully returned. She also has a guardian cat named Artemis, who has been with her since the days when she was still Sailor V.
