How she became Sailor Chibi Moon: ChibiUsa was introduced in Sailor Moon R, but she was still not a senshi yet, she was just trying to help her mom. In Sailor Moon S, the sailor senshi were at Rei�s temple helping her some sort of festival. A daimon attacks, all of a sudden, a small sweet voice says �Wait!�. It turns out to be ChibiUsa who was now transformed into Sailor Chibi Moon. It turns out that ChibiUsa�s mother, Neo Queen Serenity, sent her back to the past so she could train to be a Sailor Senshi.
Family: Well, as we all know, ChibiUsa is the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity and King Endymiond. Well, Usagi is Neo Queen Serenity and Mamoru is King Endymiond, or they well be in the future. This makes ChibiUsa Usagi and Mamoru�s daughter. ChibiUsa loves her mom, Neo Queen Serenity, more than anything. As for Usagi, ChibiUsa and her are always getting into fights. They act more like sisters, but really they care for eachother. ChibiUsa likes Mamoru, at one point she even said he was her boyfriend.
Friends: ChibiUsa has a special relationship with all of the senshi, but Hotaru is her best friend. Hotaru and ChibiUsa are about the same age, plus ChibiUsa was Hotaru�s only friend. Everyone else in her school thought she was weird. ChibiUsa is also friends with Setsuna, or, whom she calls, �Pu� for Pluto. ChibiUsa oftens talks with Pluto in the future. Since Pluto is always alone, she enjoys ChibiUsa�s company.
Inner Senshi: ChibiUsa is considered and Inner Senshi herself. She has a great relationship with all of them. Espically Usagi. At first, they never got along but they love each other.
Outer Senshi: ChibiUsa gets along fine with the Outers. She has a good relationship with Hotaru and Setsuna. As for Michiru and Haruka, she gets along fine with them too.
Relationships: In Sailor Moon SuperS, ChibiUsa started having dreams in which a white unicorn named Pegasus would visit her. Pegasus would only visit her because she had a beautiful dreams. At one point in SuperS, ChibiUsa and Usagi switched ages, therefore making ChibiUsa a teenager. She was excited because she wanted Pegasus to see her like this, but he didn�t visit her. She found out it was because her age. She ran through this wall and turned back. She ran to Pegasus. Pegasus bent down to kiss her, then he turned into a boy and kissed her. Turns out, Pegasus is really a boy named Helios who is a priest. He was turned into Pegasus. The villians were after him for his golden horn on his head. In the manga, Pegasus had a love in the future in Crystal Tokyo. Later they found out that his love was ChibiUsa. So in the future, ChibiUsa and Pegasus are together. At the end, Pegasus has to leave, but he tells ChibiUsa they will meet again.
Past Life: ChibiUsa didn�t have a past life. She wasn�t born yet, until Crystal Tokyo. She is however Princess of Crystal Tokyo.
Future: She rules the Crystal Palace in Crystal Tokyo. The senshi protect her, and she is the princess. She hopes to become just like her mother, and a bride.
Overall: Chibi Usa is daring, sweet, and pretty smart for a 'little girl', but she can be very annoying to Usagi most of the time. She is a bit selfish, and is not really aware of the needs of the people around her--most of the time, but not always. At times, she is a brat, and other times, she is understanding and obedient, or feeling pity for Usagi and understanding her situation. She just acts out as a cry for love and attention. She looks for friends while in the past, some of which she finds at her school, others are senshi (Hotaru). Her looks are deceiving. She is older than her small body lets on. People of crystal Tokyo age very slowly. She is actually thousands of years old. She gets scared and angry, and cries easily when being chased, but she can also be conniving when trying to get her way. She matures as seasons progress, becoming brave, and confronting the enemy without fear (even sometimes when she is alone and shouldn't because her powers are too weak). While in the past, she even falls in love with Helios, the guardian of dreams. As Sailor Chibi Moon, she is in training to become a talented senshi. In later seasons, she becomes brave and strong spirited, but has weak attacks and is physically weak. She usually acts as a diversion more than anything else. Her future is to become queen and rule crystal Tokyo in the future, once she has fully matured. Everything that is said points to her becoming a powerful and graceful ruler one day.
