Zel is the heartless, mystical swordsman who wanders the country looking for a cure for his
chimera-type body. He was cursed with his body when he foolishly took power from Rezo but in
return turned him into 1/3 Golem, 1/3 Human, and 1/3 Demon. Zel's appearance often frightens
people so whenever he can avoid it, he doesn't go into big cities. He's not shy and is actually
bold in most situations. Zel's character is characterized by arrogance, and lots of it. Not much is known about him except for the fact that he is related to Rezo, the red priest, in some way. We know he was on a search for power and took the first chance he got and paid the price for it. He now roams the countryside in search for a cure. When accompanied by Lina and co. he often goes off on his own during the night to see if he can find anything. Zel hates getting side tracked and in some cases leaves the party to see what he can come up with. Zel's love life is very very complicated. Because of nobody really not knowing that much about him, it's hard to get in touch with him. Zel seems to have a thing or two for Lina but at the same time seems to like Amelia. He never shows much emotion for either of them, but maybe it's just the influence of females that makes him seem nervous around them. |
