all hail the queen empress of all spania!!!! (thats me) all shall bow before me!!!!
hehe. what is spania you ask? spania is many things. okay, well, spania is not many things, spania is one thing, but i guess it could be many things, since itis still in its developmental stages.
what is spania?
spania is everything. it is everywhere. spania is all. spania is a part of every universe. there is a place in every dimension that is spania, even if by a different name. each place is the same, for there is only spania, but spania exists outside the boundariesof space and time.
it is a place of joy and happiness and, above all, oddness. the odd come from all around to find a place of belonging, and to just plain have fun. spania's laws may differ from those that presently constrain you, but you will quickly adapt, and accept, those laws.
spania is ruled over by its Queen Empress, who cares for spania's people and makes new laws. above all, her duties include development of new and exciting formsof oddness. the spanian court is informal by earth standards. the people are happy and friendly, and are always happy to have visitors.

spania has always been. it was there in the beginning and will be there longafter the fall of man. spania may indeed be older than the donut itself. it was, however, the donut which first revealed spania to the eyes of man on earth. when Air Sanity (fly in sanity) first visited the planet earth, they were astounded to find out that no one has ever heard of spania. what to do? they pondered. but of course there was only one thing to do. soon after, those willing were transported directly to spania. they have stayed here ever since, and, indeed, neither they nor their descendents have seen fit to return to earth.

all throughout the fall i was bringing in clementines for lunch, and on each one was a sticker with the word spania on it. i was inspired, and so founded spania. spania was established sometime in november, or maybe it was the beginning of december, (does anybody remember?) on create your own counrty day. . this country was formailized when i was given a royal ring in the shape of a crown on december the twenty third, nineteen ninety eight, as a christmas present :-)
