MESSAGE
Concept of Law and Rule of Law are
the basic foundations of an orderly society and the government thereof. It
is needless to say that legal education and legal profession are the pillars
of the same. A Society without rule of law cannot dream of any progress at
all and can be very near to an uncivilized or even to a barbaric society.
In this background both legal profession and legal education assume lot of
importance.
Collective
wisdom in times of need always had proved to be better when compared to simple
individual wisdom. To promote such collective wisdom an Association or a Society
with specific objectives may be essential.
I have
meticulously gone through the objectives of the 'Law Students Association
of India' and the said objectives are really very attractive and will be definitely
beneficial to law students and young lawyers as well if they are well put
into practice.
I do express
my deep pleasure over the formation of the "Law Students Association of India"
and wish the Association all the success in achieving its well thought objectives.
I also hope that the required encouragement will be given to this Association
in properly putting its objectives into action by both the Academic and Judicial
institutions in this regard.
With best wishes.
JUSTICE
P.S. NARAYANA
