Justice
M.P. Chinnappa Chamber 2864146
Judge, High Court of Karnataka Res

Bangalore - 560 001. 8561762

MESSAGE
I am very happy
to note that a unified students body has been brought into existence to promote
and advance the cause and interests of law students throughout the country.
I have read the mission statement and the objectives of the Law Students Association
of India ("LSAI"). A student body with the objectives
of
the LSAI was indeed a felt need for a long time.
The LSAI must aim to be a pioneer in advancing the cause of law students throughout the country being in any manner or way influenced by political or other considerations. However at the same time should play an active role in decision making and influencing public opinion.
I am confident that the University Law College chapter will be able to contribute significantly towards the various objectives of the LSAI.
I wish the LSAI the very best and assure it full encouragement from my end in pursuit of its laudable goals.
- Justice M.P. Chinnappa
