JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE
Dear Vismay Shroff,
I am happy to note that the Government Law College, Mumbai, is playing an active role in the first National level Law Students Association of India. I express the hope that your association will work in pursuance of the rules and regulations set out in the Advocates Act, 1961, and contribute towards the evolution of disciplined and responsible future members of the Bar.
I am keen to see that your association undertakes such activities, as would ensure that law students in India are International Systems, Institutions and the functioning of the same. In this era of globalization these issues and how one deals with them, is in my opinion of paramount importance.
I wish you and your organization the very best of luck in you endeavors.
- D.B. BHOSALE
