What I've been eating


March 14th

Breakfast 9 am: Atkins shake doctored up - added cream cheese and flax seeds
Lunch 2pm: Advantage bar - raspberry
Dinner: none really - I snacked on walnuts before water aerobics
Water aerobics  from 6-7 pm
Snacking: around 8ish I had about 2 oz roast beef and 2 oz of cheddar cheese

That had my carbs at 32 less 15 for fiber. and 1500 calories.

March 15th

Breakfast 7am: Atkins Shake doctored up - heavy cream, flax seeds, Da Vinci Almond
Lunch 1pm: Advantage bar, Choc peanut butter
Lunch 2:30pm: Salad, medium w/ HB egg, cheese, sunflower nuts, Caesar Dressing
Dinner: Taco salad, med bowl lettuce, beef, cheese, refried beans, sour cream and guac.

Totals - Calories 1710, fat 123 (67%), carbs 45 (8%) fiber 12, protein 102 (25%) 

April 17th  (very strict LC) Weighing 149lb

Breakfast 11:30am: 7oz Extra lean Pork chop w/ 1T caesar dressing
Lunch 2:30pm: 6 oz Chop (same as above) w/1t peanut sause
Dinner 5pm: 2 Sirloin patties with cheddar cheese and 1t Miracle Whip, coffee
Snack 10pm: Cream cheese 1 oz

Totals - Calories 978, fat 55 (51%), carbs 6 (2%) fiber 0, protein 113 (47%) 
out of those 5 carbs, 4 came at dinner, and 3 were in my coffee.

April 18, 2000 Tuesday weighing 146lb

Breakfast 7:30am: 2 eggs cooked in 2t butter
Lunch 11:30am: Sirloin patty cooked in 2t butter w/2T asiago cheese
Snack 2:30pm:  Soy Nuts - Honey Flavor (11 carbs-4 for fiber) 1/3 c
Dinner: 2.5 chicken Steaks (3 oz each) 2T Ranch dressing
Misc Snacking: 1 oz sharp cheddar, 1 oz Walnuts

Totals - Calories 1351, fat 88 (60%), carbs 20 (4%) fiber 7, protein 118 (36%) 

**These past 2 days were very strict LC.  I tried it to break a 5 week stall, where I was losing and gaining the same 4 pounds.  It seemed to work.  My body finally let go of that water it was hanging on to.  I found that eating this way was very hard.  It was boring and hard, but it worked.**

May 15th weighing 147

Breakfast 7:30am: Half of a Advantage Bar
Lunch 11:00am: Rib Eye steak, 7oz
Snack 2:30pm:  other half Atkins bar, slice of Roast beef, one ounce cheddar cheese
Dinner: Taco Salad
Dessert: 1.5 oz cheese, 1T Whipping cream, 2t cocoa, chopped walnuts, splash of DaVinci's WHIPPED.  YUM!!

Totals - Calories 1804, fat 135 (70%), carbs 17 (3%) fiber 5, protein 120 (27%) 
By adding the cream cheese dessert, I boosted my fat intake and got my percentages in order.

1
