According to this chart, it might look like I don't have periods where I gain, but I do.  If you have been reading my journal, you will seen some of my gains, which normally come after and lil binge or a loss.  I find that it has been a natural part of my journey.  Lose a few, gain a few back, lose a few, gain a few.... that has been my cycle thru most of past few months, from my first big stall in November.  I just figured if I charted every loss and gain, I would run out of space in this page.  :-) 

6/7/00Nothing has changed in a few months, so I am going to maintenance and see what happens.

October:I've gained a bit of lean mass, and lost a bit of body fat these past 3 months.  My measurements are about the same, as are my clothing size.

This was all ending in oct of 2000. Haven't done any measuring since.
