When I think back to my eating habits, last year, I know I was
eating more red meat. Now I am thinking that from the April blood test until
now, I have been eating more chicken and lots more fish, and taking different
supplements, like CLA and flax oils. Whether that is the reason my
cholesterol levels are even better or not, I have no idea, but I'm trying to
think why the numbers are so much better.
I had my blood retested on 12/05/05 and the only thing really out of whack
was my LDL. I'm working on lowering that...
My DOC wants to put me on meds, but I asked to try to get them
back in line on my own.
I will continue to update this every time I get my blood
tested.
Some how I managed to lower my over all cholesterol. My diet really hasn't
changed too much, nor has my weight... the only thing I can attribute it too is
liver cleansing.... But I could be wrong.... maybe I just had a good week, or a
really bad one when I tested in Dec of `05.
