November 22nd 1999
9 am:
2 eggs, 5 sausage links,  4 oz black coffee for breakfast
11am:  4 turkey slices rolled up with a tad of mustard (3.5 oz) before school
2.30pm: Keto shake, Choc Peanut Butter mid-afternoon snack
5pm:  Seasoned Salmon steak, 5.5oz with a small (85g) salad w/ 2T caesar dressing

here are my totals for the day: calories 1166, Fat 78g (61%), Carbs 12g -3 (3%), Protein 101g (36%)

November 23rd
8am:
KetoShake - Orange
11am:  can of Tuna 1T Mayo, 1t caesar dressing
1:30pm: Pasta-less lasagna
4pm: 1 String Cheese
5pm: 1.5 Bacon Cheddar Sirloin Burgers (4oz patties)
Working on 100 oz water

here are my totals for the day: calories 1745, Fat 110g (58%), Carbs 13g -3 (3%), Protein 170g (40%)

Nov 24th
7am

10am   sliced of bacon and 3 eggs
2:30  4 oz  Roast Beef rolled up with 2 oz Cheddar cheese
5pm  (hangs head for this dinner) mostly snacking: 1.5 slices bacon, Pork rinds dipped in sour cream, 1oz peanuts, 1 oz run with Diet RC
totals for the day: calories 1790, Fat 132g (70%), Carbs 15g -3 (3%), Protein 114g (27%)

Nov 25th Thanksgiving
Scrambled eggs w/ .25c cheddar cheese, coffee
Turkey with fauxtatoes (cauliflower stuff)  snack of 2 oz peanuts
Snacking on cold turkey (4oz) 
Jello-Cheesecake (7 carbs)
totals for the day: calories 1999, Fat 151g (69%), Carbs 45g -14 (6%), Protein 121g (25%)

Nov 26
9am
coffee w/Splenda, HB egg, 1oz cream cheese
(out to lunch w/ in-laws) chicken caesar salad 
Salmon steak, small caesar salad, jello cheesecake
totals for the day: calories 1135 Fat 87g (71%), Carbs 23g -11 (4%), Protein 67g (24%)

Nov 27th
Ick,,I ate way too much cheese today...snacked most of the day on cheese and 2 oz nuts. so I'm not putting it in 
totals for the day: calories 1752, Fat 130g (67%), Carbs 36g -9 (6%), Protein 118g (27%)

Nov 28th
ketoShake, Braunschweiger, 1/2 serving of jello cheesecake, caesar salad, celery and cream cheese, peanuts, mozz cheese melted with pepperoni.  (ack, another crap eating day) *hangs head*
totals for the day: calories 1325, Fat 107g (73%), Carbs 20g -5 (4%), Protein 74g (22%)

Nov 29th
Scrambled eggs and coffee
2 chicken breasts no skin, snack 2 oz fresh Almonds
String cheese, 1 svg jello-cheesecake (LAST SERVING)
Turkey Caesar Salad 
totals for the day: calories 1664 Fat 118g (66%), Carbs 21g -10 (3%), Protein 126g (31%)

Nov 30
KetShake
Chicken Caesar salad, roast beef and swiss rolled up (2)
Snack - Braunschweiger 2oz
6oz chicken breast, LOTS of romaine, and Caesar Dressing
6.30pm and I am already at 100oz water  No dessert!!  :-)

Jan 31st 2000

Breakfast:
Half an Advantange bar before work out (I was hungry but not enough time for a meal)

Lunch: 11AM
LG salad w/ HB egg, roast ham, shredded cheese, sunflower nuts, ranch dressing.
(658 cal, 49 fat, 12 carbs less 3 fiber, 43 Protein)

snack: 2pm the other half of the DA bar.
Snack: 3-4 macadamia nuts 2oz (just got my delivery in the mail)

Dinner: 6:30pm
6 oz Salmon steak
asparagus (guessed at a cup)
2 sm Brusshetta
(240 Cal, 11 fat, 10carbs less 3 fiber, 22 protein)

Totals for the day:
Calories 1530, fat 117 (71%), Carbs 30 (4%) less 12 fiber grams - net 18 grams, Protein 90 (25%)

No coffee, and about 64 oz water so far today.
