Week Seven

October 15th  Friday - Start of Week Seven

well, I basically screwed up today and I will have to think about posting my menu... I ate some carbs and got all messed up and now I am trying Induction for a while to see how fast I can correct the damage.  A 4 pound gain.

Oct 16th  Saturday - Induction   (sort of)
1.5 eggs w/ .25 c cheese and about 4 slices of bacon, no coffee
half pound cheeseburger w/bacon, no sauce, no bun.  Small salad.  But I had French dressing and it was real sweet, so I think I messed up that too.
3 string cheese as a snack
Some chicken breast meat for dinner.  I dont know how much, but I didnt finish one Breast.

Oct 17th Sunday
Too ashamed to even type it in today.  Lets just say,,,,, 2200+ calories later.... Only 21 carbs tho. *frown*

Oct 18th Monday
Decided to go real light on the carbs and fat today and eat a lot of chicken breast.

9:30 1 chicken breast - no skin
1:30 2 chicken breast - no skin
4:00  100 grams of roast beef, lean
5:30  162 grams of salad w/3 T of caesar dressing
Totals for the day:  Calories 1098,    Fat 60 (49%),    Protein 132 (48%),     Carbs 11 -2 (3%)

This week i started having roast beef and swiss, heated, rolled in a lettuce leaf w/mustard.  OH YUM

Oct 19th Tuesday
Today was the day of my DR apt, so I had to fast, and then i didnt get home til about 10:15 am.  Boy was i hungry.
RB and Swiss rolled in lettuce. 
Snack of Heavy whipping cream , cocoa, and splenda  too yummy to even get into it.
Late lunch of a Chicken Breast, no skin.

Totals: Calories 1331,    Fat 92 (62%),    carbs 25 -4 (6%),    Protein 107 (32%)

Wednesday
2 deviled eggs (boring)
RB and Swiss roll
8 grams of HotNSpicy Porkrinds (gag, they were awful, i tossed the whole bag)
Wasa and cream cheese
Seasoned Salmon and small caesar salad
Totals: Calories 1003,    Fat 74 (68%),    Carb 16 -4 (5%),     Protein 68 (28%)

Thursday
coffee w/ halfNhalf and Splenda,  2 servings of Bob Evans sausage
RB and Swiss roll
Wasa and cream cheese, and SOME peanuts (I didn't measure)
large salad, chicken w/skin, one wing, one leg, one thigh (all dark meat)
Totals:  Calories 1597,    Fat 117 (67%),    Carb 22 -4 (5%),     Protein 113 (29%) 

Well, I think that 7 full weeks of meals could very well be enough.  So, I'm going to stop now.
