16:00 snack: 4 ribs, .5c cheese crisp
17:30 1.5 oz peanuts, 2 forkful egg noodles

Saturday  Oct 9th
6 slices bacon, 1 cracker w/1T cream cheese   18 oz coffee
KetoShake, Turkey/Swiss rolled up
2 oz cheddar, Small salad, w/ Parmesan and Caesar dressing
Totals: Calories  1078,    Protein 72 (27%),    fat 79 (67%), carbs 18 -3 (6%)

Sunday Oct 10
Wasa and cream cheese, 2 eggs w/cheese, 2.5 oz Breakfast sausage
1.5 oz  peanuts, chicken and cheddar wrapped in lettuce, w/ranch dressing
Lots of cheese for snacks
2 burger patties w/swiss cheese wrapped in lettuce

Oct 11th  Monday
2 eggs w/cheese, 2 oz  sausage, coffee
hamburger patty w/cheese
chicken breast,  1.5 oz  cheddar,

October 12th Tuesday
Bacon, half pound...Yikes, over an hour. one egg scrambled.
2 Ry Crisp crackers w/ 1T cream cheese
40gram romaine, 60 grams chicken breast, casear dressing
6 oz salmon, 40 gram caesar salad, 2 oz red wine (dry)
Totals: Calories  1376, Protein  71 (21%), Carbs  21 -7 (4%), fat   111 (74%)

Oct 13th Wednesday

Eggs, 4 oz ham steak, cheese, herb tea, no sweetener
7 oz chicken breast, no skin  with Ranch dip
small salad, shrimp scampi

Chicken Caesar Salad from Boston Market

(For dinner, I am planning hot dogs and bratwurst)  not sure what or how much I will have yet.
