Bacon Wrapped Filet
KetoShake, cappuccino
Romaine lettuce w/ Caesar dresing, eekkk  cheese off of 4 small slices of pizza, the small square pieces.
Totals for the day:  Calories  1679   Protein  150 (all that cheese)   Carbs   12 - 2 dietary
Ekkk, I coulda done way better than that today... never should have had that pizza sans crust.

3:00 2 oz cheese, 1 oz Peanuts
4:30  1 oz Peanuts

Wasa cracker w/ cream cheese

Oct 4th Monday
ketoshake, chicken steak, small salad, wasa cracker w/1T cream cheese (YUM)
Pastaless lasagna for dinner w/ 2 oz red wine (dry)
Totals: Calories  1210,  carbs  23 - 5 (6%) ,  Protein  98 (34%), fat 75 ( 59%)

6 links of sausage, 2 eggs fried, coffee w/ half&half  splenda
lasagna - no pasta
