Week Four

Sept 24 Friday    Start of week 4........3 weeks completed!!!

07:00  KetoShake Choc & PB
10:00  2 Eggs Scrambled w/3 slices of bacon
14:00  Salad :  Romaine, HB egg, crumbled bacon, shredded mozz cheese, fajita chx w/ Caesar Dressing

Tonight we are going back to PappaDeaux for dinner again.  So i will have fish, again.

Sept 25 Saturday
Eggs w/ cheese for breakfast,  coffee w/1T half and half, 1t splenda
.5c  beef stroganoff, mean only  2 oz jack Cheese,  3 oz Frappuccino Lite
Gyro Meat for dinner.
Since I have no idea the data for the Gyro, I couldn't calculate for the day.

Sept 26 Sunday
KetoShake
Sirloin Burger, wrapped in lettuce, 1T Mayo, swiss cheese
2 String Cheese, .5 cup cheddar cheese crisp (cooked in MicroWave)
Small salad w/2T Ranch,  4 oz MahiMahi
Total for the day:  Cal 1288    Protein 116    carbs 12

Sept 27  Monday
7:00 
2 Fried Eggs, breakfast
10:30  7 oz chicken breast, lunch
14:30 - 16:00  snacks for the afternoon -  3 oz cheese cubes, small Caesar Salad
18:30  hamburger patty w/ swiss, 2 small crackers, cheese off of 2 slices of pizza (I couldn't resist)
3) 34 oz bottles of water + 18
Totals for the day: Cal  1448  Protein  129   Carbs 10

Sept 28  Tuesday
KetoShake at 10:30 for breakfast
Out to lunch with the girls, Chicken Caesar Salad, no croutons with an Iced Tea w/ Splenda
Snack,  2 oz low fat cheese chunks
Dinner, 4 oz chicken steak, tossed w/ .25 c cheese, guacamole, and sour cream
Totals for the day: Calories  1016  Protein  105  Carbs  12

Sept 29  Wednesday
Scrambled eggs 3 w/ 1T parmesan cheese, and .25 c cheese melted on top
Keto Shake, before school, Chicken breast and small caesar salad when I got home.
2 WASA crackers, tuna w/ mayo & .25c cheese
Totals for the day: Calories 1524, Protein 127, Carbs 22 -5 Dietary

Sept 30th  Thursday
didn't have time for breakfast today  :-(   just a cup of coffee
lunch: tuna/egg salad on a wasa cracker and 2 oz low fat cheese chunks   LOTS of water
KetoShake - Cappuccino
Bacon wrapped Filet, small salad w/egg and ranch dressing
Totals for the day: calories  1315  Protein  112  Carbs  20 - 4 Dietary  100+ oz water
