What I've been eating

Week three

Start of Week 3   Day 15

1.5 oz cheese
2 eggs fried, 4 slices of bacon
8 oz coffee w1T cream
Salmon Yettouffe ( spelt wrong,,, its Cajun)
    salmon steak, white wine sauce w/ shrimp, crawdad tails and spinach
    instead of the "dirty rice" I got broccoli with Hollandaise sauce. (ah, but they added cayenne pepper)
anyone living in the Southwest, (Dallas, San Antonio, or Auston) ya gotta try PappaDeaux  It's Cajun seafood, pricey but really good!!  They also have 2 restaurants in the Chicago suburbs.

I have been keeping track on my "foods" in Life Form the past few days, so I will have to transfer the data over here.  I still have been eating well, still pretty much all proteins.

Sept 18

Calories  1354        Carbs  5        Protein  168
2 Eggs, 1/4 c shredded cheese, 1 oz cheese chunk,  8 oz coffee w/cream
10 oz Ranch Steak
12 oz chicken breast,  2 oz cheese

Sept 19

Calories 996      Carbs 12         Protein  78
18oz coffee w/cream, eggs  w/ 1.5 oz cheese , 4 slices bacon
2 oz jack cheese,  2) 8oz kool-aid w/ Splenda
1 cup Fajita chicken w/ 1T Ranch dressing

Well, I had my first real cheat tonite.  I snuck about 1/4 cup of Kraft Mac N Cheese (cal 103, protein 3, carbs 12)
Doesn't look like i fell off too badly.  Could have been much worse. I'll be good tomorrow.
It brought my daily totals to : Calories  1099,  Carbs 24, Protein 81

Sept 20  Monday

For some reason, today was very easy.
1/2 c  Fajita Chicken strips and 1/4 c Cottage Cheese
2) 4 oz ChicNSteaks   2 oz cheese chunks
HB Egg,  Keto Shake
Tacos, fixins wrapped in lettuce leaves
Totals for the day:  calories 1117,  Carbs 9,  Protein 137

Sept 21  Tuesday

KetoShake, 1.5 oz Cheese chunks, .5 cups strawberries
2 oz low fat cheese, 20grams salami and 22grams Provolone cheese rolled up together
2 chicken steaks, small salad w/ranch dressing
2 lettuce tacos (same as last nite)
Totals for the day: Calories 1281  Carbs 20  Protein  143

Sept 22 Wednesday

KetoShake  Choc and Peanut Butter, 2 eggs scrambled w/.5 c lowfat cheese
KetoShake  cappuccino
5 oz chickNSteak and 1 oz cheese cube
Small amt of Beef Stroganoff, no noodles, just meat and sauce
Totals for the day:  Cal  1142    Carbs  11   Protein  130

Sept 23   Thursday

KetoShake  cappuccino made with 4 oz coffee and 4 oz water (didnt change the taste tho)
Salad - romaine lettuce, cheese, chicken breast chunks, and a Hard Boiled egg w/ Caesar dressing
2 cheese chunks 1oz each
KetoShake,  Orange creamcicle
5.3 Sirloin Burger wrapped in lettuce
